Very cute side bar in Ponce City Market! The bar tender was so informative and just a wealth of knowledge - she was more of a mixologist than a bartender, if that makes sense. But I love bourbon and she taught me the proper way to drink it and how to experience bourbon, which was everything. Stop through for cute cocktail and a whole vibe. I will be back!

This place really sucks. The kdog was ooook. I could get a better chicken sandwich in an elementary school lunch room tho. And the bar is garbage. You serve me a 17 dollar “julep” with Japanese whiskey and completely brown mint? Disgusting. It literally tastes like a well whiskey/ginger from some beat down speed volume bar in a club. What a waste of suntory toki and what a waste of 60 DOLLARS!! get out of here. This is the worst place in Ponce City Market by a very long margin.

Came by it was a good experience we appreciate you guys. 2 drinks took forever with no one else at the bar at all waiting about 10 to 15 min. other than that it was nice we would be back for sure and appreciate you guys

I can't believe I didn’t go for the chicken sandwich, though! That’s definitely going to be next on my list. There was just something about the vibe at the Umbrella Bar that made everything taste even better—great atmosphere, cool vibes, and the perfect spot to enjoy some seriously good food.
From the moment I took that first bite, I knew I was in for something special. The crispy exterior paired with the tender, flavorful chicken inside was like a match made in heaven. And let’s not forget the sides—everything came together perfectly. The Umbrella Bar’s energy made it a whole experience, not just a meal. The staff were friendly, the music was spot-on, and the view added the perfect touch to the whole vibe. I’ll definitely be back, no question. Whether it’s to try that chicken sandwich or just to soak in the good vibes again, I’m already planning my next visit. What a vibe!
