Terrible service absolutely awful workers have no clue what there doing on there phones waited 35 minutes for food and didn’t ever end up getting it and wouldn’t offer me a refund.

No one expects great service or food at an airport but this is exceptionally poor. No one at self check kiosks. No one offering assistance with drinks or questions. Half of the items on the menu are marked as out as out of stock. The two people working were too busy looking at their phones to look up. And on top of that the tip choice starts at20%. Go somewhere else in the airport. Not worth the hassle. And the pizza isn’t great either.

If the menu says you can add chicken to your salad, you should be able to order it on the kiosk. Side salad with no protein for the price of a regular salad. Should have looked for other options.

The all veggie pizza was quite good. The custom made pizza came out piping hot. The ingredients were fresh and nothing to complain about about the food.

If one is in a hurry to get to the gate, be aware that this place is not quick. Handcrafted orders take time I guess. The atmosphere is, well, what can one expect in the worlds busiest airport? Crowded and noisy. Nothing to do with Maddies but just to know...

Good food. Very bad service. Every single employee had AirPods in and couldn’t hear me request assistance after 10 minutes. Some were on their phones as well. Not a good look at all

Extremely rude staff. Asked very nicely how much longer for my order and they told me “it takes 10-15 min once you put your order in” (even after it had already been 12 minutes.) Multiple girls rolled their eyes and made faces. Ridiculous!!! Attitude was completely unnecessary!

Always too crowned and very noisy. The food service people there are overwhelmed with orders. Owner should hire more people to run the place better.

No sauce on my pizza.

Super slow service. This is an airport. Waiting 45 minutes for a pizza is awful. Outside of an airport fine. People can miss flights because of this.

Guys. You are eating your food while we are waiting on ours. If you have a break that should be taken somewhere else. You are all yelling at each other cussing again while we are all standing there waiting for our food. You’re EATING then walking in with your food at the same time. Yall probably could get hit with a handful of food code violations:cross-contamination, improper food storage, inadequate kitchen sanitation, improper chemical storage.

If I didn’t already order my food and I saw all of this first I would have NEVER ordered. Yall need to be shut down till you get people that actually pass or repass the servsafe certification. Or just find an industry you actually care about.
