The service was exceptional! The food was really good but there were a few things that could be improved. I was told the menu is brand new so offering some insights. Unknown Twist (Cocktail): I love Cristilino but the drink was a bit too sweet to appreciate its natural flavor. I ordered a shot to balance it. There are better options than Patron. Lobster Claws: perfectly seasoned and good portion Braised Short Ribs: gravy was too salty and too heavily portioned over the rice and beans. Beef was good, but the dish could benefit from some cabbage and carrots (veggie or some sort). Red Snapper: good presentation, I prefer a fish fried hard, which it is. Rice was good but the peppers and onions need to be sautéed down more. Overall, I enjoyed myself and would return! I didn't like paying $20 to "valet." I paid and then had to ask him to park my truck ans then he didn't give me a retrieval ticket. It worked out...
This place looks good inside, but the food is terrible. Never order the jackfruit and potatoes, it tastes like we had spoiled food, and we will never attend this place ever again in life. The cost does not justify the food. The food place looks nice on the inside, but the food is terrible. Never order the jackfruit and potatoes; they tasted spoiled. The service was bad — I had to speak with two different managers just to get basic help. The food was normal Jamaican, nothing special, and definitely not upscale like it looks online. The space also feels more like a casual spot with a lounge in the back than a refined dining experience. Not what I expected.
It was such a true dining experience. The drinks, tapas and entrees were exquisite. Everything was cooked to perfection. I'd recommend the braised short ribs.
Service took a while to approach our table. Manager came and stated service will be with us right away. Took another 10 mins. Than she took our order. She was a nice waiter but the fact we had to wait so long and the restaurant was practically empty was disturbing. Food was excellent. Oxtail tapas was delicious and the short ribs with rice and beans were great too.
I enjoyed my time great atmosphere

I ordered the herb chicken, and it was delicious! The seasoning was just right, and the dish was full of flavor. What I loved most about Unknown Flo was the atmosphere — it’s warm, stylish, and has such a great vibe for relaxing or catching up with friends. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again!

Beautiful venue! Food and ambiance is amazing. Very sexy & intimate setting. Perfect for date night in the city! Highly recommend the lamb chops & crab cake. Also the signature cocktail “Whips & Chains” was absolutely perfect!!

Took my wife here for her birthday. Chill vibes. Not many people for a Saturday but we enjoyed ourselves. The waitress was very nice.

I think we went on a bad cause me and my wife were the only ones there along with 2 other couples and the food was OK not the best
I came here recently with friends and we had such an amazing time. The food, service, and vibe were all on point. From what I’ve read in past reviews it seems like the restaurant is in a new phase, because our experience was excellent from start to finish.
There was a live saxophonist that really set the vibe, and this spot works just as well for a date night, a night out with friends, or even going solo if you want to check it out. I also have to shout out their espresso martini… they brew the coffee fresh, which is rare these days, and it was one of the best I’ve had.
It’s definitely worth a visit.

Unknown has great potential. We went after seeing the promo for wine down Wednesday and we were the only ones in the restaurant our entire meal. We were hoping for a vibe, some dancing and good food. We definitely got the good food and great service though. Waitress said they're working on getting promoters to spread the word, so hopefully by our next visit, they've gotten that together!
First time visiting and the ambiance is beautiful, however the food and service was severely lacking. The music was too loud and the saxophonist was playing over the music which was highly unnecessary.
Definitely WON'T be back.
