The service was exceptional! The food was really good but there were a few things that could be improved. I was told the menu is brand new so offering some insights. Service took a while to approach our table. Manager came and stated service will be with us right away. Took another 10 mins. Than she took our order. She was a nice waiter but the fact we had to wait so long and the restaurant was practically empty was disturbing. Food was excellent. Oxtail tapas was delicious and the short ribs with rice and beans were great too.
I ordered the herb chicken, and it was delicious! The seasoning was just right, and the dish was full of flavor. What I loved most about Unknown Flo was the atmosphere — it’s warm, stylish, and has such a great vibe for relaxing or catching up with friends. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again!
