Ong such a cute place. The vibe is calm relaxed and chilled. The coffee was amazing and my grilled cheese made and handed to me with a smile. Mr Derrick is a great face for this place. I will be coming back very soon and more often.

The coffee is good and the service is excellent. But, it is not a good place to work since the wifi constantly malfunctions

Very quaint. Many folks were on their laptops. Seemed like the perfect spot to get work done.

Always enjoy visiting Urban Grind. The cafe has such a relaxed and cozy feeling that helps balance a slow or busy workday. Today, I got the 16oz matcha latter with oat milk. Refreshing and delicious on a 70 degree day in the Fall!

Over $16 for a small chai latte and breakfast sandwich. That’s fine but the chibatta bread was literally cold to the touch, not toasted at all. It really ruined what could have been a good experience. I mean, it’s common sense to toast bread or warm it up for a hot breakfast sandwich. Plus the sausage was literally half the size of the bread. I basically at the meat and egg and through most of the bread away.

I came in and ordered a chai latte, but was really disappointed with the experience. It took about 15 minutes for two simple drinks to be made, and when I finally got mine, it didn’t taste like chai at all. Just overly sweet and artificial. I went back to the counter to mention that it was way too sweet, and when I asked if I could exchange it for a simple drip coffee, the worker said they couldn’t do that. Another worker stepped in to “remake” the drink, but all they seemed to do was add more milk or water, which didn’t really fix the problem. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and not worth the wait.

Ordered a latte and a bagelwich through DoorDash. The latte was very delicious and affordable, but the bagelwich was a bit disappointing. The sausage had a weird smell and taste. Still giving five stars because the latte was very good 😊.

Chai Latte, Chai Latte, Chai Latte. Did I mention the Chai Latte? IT IS SO GOOD. The balance is amazing and it is not overpowering in the sweetness and so savory. Genuinely one (if not the best) Chai Latte's I have ever had. The vibe inside is so homey and comfy! Tori and Ash are amazing and so friendly as well, definitely a hidden treasure of a coffee shop!

I’m on a personal mission to find the best chai latte with oat milk in Atlanta, and Urban Grind has officially made the top of my list! The chai was perfectly spiced, creamy, and balanced—not too sweet, just how I like it.
What made the visit even better was the owner’s presence and attentiveness. It’s always special when you can feel the care behind the counter, and the service here was warm and welcoming.
Whether you're a coffee person or a chai lover like me, Urban Grind is definitely worth a visit. I’ll absolutely be back!

Personable without being personal. Comfy neighborhood coffee shop. I wish I could have sat and chilled longer. But had to go to work.
