Very unpleasant to hear bugs zapping next to me while I’m trying to enjoy my meal. Literal flies being zapped and falling on the counter. Food however is good, just don’t sit in this location if you’re easily grossed out.

Loved the place! Its nice for dine in as a date with a beloved one, tge area is nice for a walk after eating its close to Atlantic station and the downtown. We had to park somewhere and pay for the parking. Their food was good but I wanted siracha sauce or something spicy they only had the spicy oil no sauces of any type! Was disappointing I didn’t fully enjoy my food because of that. Other than that it was a nice experience but they are a bit high in price

The best Chinese in Midtown. Asian college students bring their families here when they visit. It is authentic and that good! They have taken the best dishes from all parts of China and offer a wide selection of proteins. Lamb, duck, seafood, chicken and pork are options... and they have 6 veggie dishes. The Peking duck has paper thin wrappers, so you can have fun creating your own. Come with several friends to order various dishes and share and eat family style. with duck that is sliced perfectly with the fat removed from the crispy skin. Cucumbers, scallions, hoisin sauce and salt make the crunch of the duck skin more rewarding. It is served with duck soup with glass noodles and goji berries. That could be your meal. I always get the whole duck to take some home! The scallion bubble pancake is as big as your head and comes with the the most unique sweet curry dipping sauce. Grandma noodles is a must. They have snow pea tips. This is not the snow pea pods. It is the tender green part of the same plant. It is sweeter than spinach and a crispy green veggie. It is the perfect dark green nutrious vegetable, most don't know exists. Try it and fall in love! Soup dumplings in Midtown!!! Mapu tofu and tongue numbing dishes can be ordered with your preferred level of spicy. Chinese desserts are unique definitely try them. If you like the bizarre, duck blood jelly vermicelli and spicy & crispy pig feet are options for the adventurous too. They have small plates if you just want a snack. We eat everything in China! Hehe Come with several friends to order various dishes and share and eat family style. Sharing is caring...be prepared to take food home...it will heat up perfectly the next day too ...if it isn't finished for your midnight snack. Hehe

Amazing food and service! Restaurant was also very clean. The waiter noticed we were taking pictures of our dishes and he offered to take a few shots for us even though he was very busy. We ordered a few dishes and they were all great. We visited a few months ago and my mother still talks about the great taste.

This place has some of the best Chinese dim sum. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The variety and quality were incredible, and the service was just as impressive.
What really stood out, though, was the manager’s kindness. When I mentioned I had received a parking ticket in their garage that I shouldn’t have, they went above and beyond to help me fight it. They didn’t have to get involved, but they took the time to gather information, validate my visit, and ensure I had everything I needed to dispute it.
That kind of care for their customers is rare, and it’s exactly why I’ll be coming back again and again. Delicious food and people who truly value their guests. Highly recommend!

I went to Urban Hai and it was fantastic! One of the best Peking ducks I’ve ever had. The duck soup that came with the duck was delicious and the glass noodles were the perfect texture. The scallion bubble pancake was very good, and for those who are unsure, the sauce that comes with it makes it 10 times better. I went with my 12 year old daughter and wife and they both loved everything. I definitely recommend if you love Chinese food or if you or your kids want to try something new. Service was friendly and great, and the place was busy on a Monday night with a very mixed crew of seemingly happy customers.

Urban Hai- has an amazing ambiance!! It seems that the staff is like a family. You can tell by the way they have a lot of local/return customers. Extremely friendly and the food is amazing. I have been around 3 times now. Every time I’ve been I try a different dish. So far everything has been above and beyond. I definitely recommend trying something off the chefs special menu. This is a place I bring someone that’s visiting me from out of town. Can’t wait to go back!
