Ordered pork buns and orange chicken on DoorDash. Best orange chicken and rice I’ve ever had in my life. Perfectly crispy and sauce was great. Rice was lovely. Pork buns were fine, nothing wrong with them, but was expecting more of a cha siu bun, but it was more like a potsticker filling, but that’s on me because they were advertised accurately. I hate DoorDash, but this was one of the best things I’ve got from them.

Every dish we've had is delicious — I highly recommend the Dry Fried Cauliflower. If you don't want spicy food, the Lo Mein is incredible. Service is so fast and friendly, and the staff has good recommendations if you're undecided. It's so fun to go with a larger group since their dishes are perfect for sharing!

Urban Hai is a cool spot! We got the general tso, beef Szechuan, and crab rangoon. Food came out super quickly and extremely hot. They also validated 2 hrs of parking which was nice.

Got the general tsos chicken and beef Szechuan dishes. Both very good nice and flavorful. Would definitely come back. I give food ratings (for fun) on a 10 point scale. 8.5/10. This place is REALLY good. Atmosphere and service 10/10

Do yourself and order the hot & numbing vegetables and the 红烧肉. Urban Hai is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Atlanta!

The food was average, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. The server dropped the check on our table while we were still eating. They cleared our plates while we went to the bathroom and even attempted to take my son's plate while he was away. I had to remind the server not to do that, but he accidentally dropped trash onto my son's plate without offering an apology and then walked away. Shortly afterward, another server approached to collect our plates, and I had to tell them to stop as well.

I spoke with a woman at the front who claimed to be the manager, but she did not react or apologize. The dining room was only half full. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had.

Finally found some authentic Chinese food. We stopped in Saturday evening for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. They have great extensive affordable menu with something for everyone. The restaurant was very clean with staff that were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Our food was brought to our table in less than 15 minutes; hot, fresh, and delicious. I haven’t had Chinese food this good in the metro area in 20 years. This is my new go to spot. I recommend that you stop by for a pleasant mouth watering experience of your own.

We had lunch here on a Friday. The lunch menu is a good deal. I had the spicy flounder and my partner had the kung pao shrimp. We also had a hot and sour soup and the wonton soup to start. All dishes were delicious. We were impressed with the spicy numbing level of the flounder. It had very authentic szechuan flavors. They also have a separate (& very adventurous) menu of Szechuan and Chong Qing dishes. You can ask for it from the server.

We had lunch here for the first time. The waiters are friendly. We had Mongolian beef, duck, lo mein, soup, fried rice. My favorite dish was the duck served with pancakes. Everything was delicious.

A great authentic Chinese restaurant that’s in Midtown Atlanta. Service is always great with friendly and welcoming servers. The best part is the great food selection. From mild to extra spicy authentic Chinese cuisines with my Chinese colleagues love and keep coming back here.
We usually order a variety of dishes and share family style so we all can try everything and we are never disappointed. I’ll probably stop by here over Christmas break for lunch or dinner again 👍🏽
