Go to on a Friday pizza run or late Sunday when you can't care about cooking. Eat in or take out, it's a spot. Walkable for me at the moment, so obviously extra points. My go to is to request extra sauce and cooked a bit longer! Decent spot for this northeastern looked for a pie that scratches an itch without paying 30 bucks.

The Luau and Kitchen Sink. We're on the menu tonight and are Ahh-mazing. Sooo damn good. Thin crust, lots of great toppings. Swing in, have a seat, order a pie. While youre waiting drink a cold beer.
Will definitely be returning for more.

The staff was very nice but was definitely short staffed overwhelmed. We ordered food online and waited for about an hour and half with no updates. When we finally got an update, a server brought us food we didn’t order and couldn’t really eat as an “apology” and as she handed us all the food, one of the orders had a side of ketchup which she spilled all over me. I doubt we’ll be able to get a refund. She didn’t bother to apologize or even look where she was handing the food and in the process spilled ketchup on my light colored clothes. Also this was all in front of my date and I was very embarrassed in front of her so thanks for that queen 🙃

A little worrisome knowing this spot was on Bar Rescue and STILL isn’t meeting my standards. The crust was really lacking — unfortunately that’s a dealbreaker for pizza. The sauce and toppings were the only part I actually enjoyed. I wanted to try the vodka burrata Detroit-style pizza, but I just can’t justify $34 for a pizza. We ordered via Uber Eats, so I can’t speak to atmosphere or service. Overall, I don’t think I’d order from here again.

We finished our Kirkwood Stroll with friends, pizza, and cocktails. The Thunderbird pizza was perfect, and still say, you cannot beat UP's wings - always large, juicy, and crispy. Kyle and the whole team were efficient and attentive! Great experience!

We like to support our local businesses especially for ones located in the neighborhood. My family and I have been patrons of Urban Pie for 5 years now. The past three times the we have noticed the pizza quality has decreased and the price has dramatically increased! We paid 33 dollars for a large veggie pizza. I get that it is not 2017 but 33 dollars for a veggie pizza is expensive and I did not feel like I obtained a good value.

Came in for lunch on a Saturday when they were a little slower. Service and food were great. Patio was nice with tons of fans for hot Georgia summer days. Wings were perfectly crisp and pizza hit the spot. Server even brought out a bowl with ice water for the pup. Great spot in the neighborhood and will be back!
