First impressions are everything and we want to thank Breana (our server) for an amazing experience. She truly took care of us from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. She even helped us celebrate our upcoming wedding day and we truly appreciate her for this amazing experience. Food and atmosphere was amazing.

Bornahdiva it was my birthday we booked last minute and my party really enjoyed ourselves are server Aaliyah had very excellent service for our party of 16 she took care of us all and she even wore my birthday sticker 😍so I appreciate her definitely will come back to V12 food was amazing everything was perfect thank you!!!!

The service at V12 was honestly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. We were seated at a table in the middle of the floor, and no one came to check on us for at least 10 minutes. I even tried to get the attention of a guy in a suit, but he acted like he was way too busy to spare even 10 seconds.
My husband and I eventually moved to the bar — no one was sitting there, yet the bartender didn’t even acknowledge us. At that point, I was ready to leave. Just as I was about to get up, a bartender named Jhaz finally noticed us. She was great — attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of. She was honestly the only bright spot of the night.
However, my husband ordered the short beef ribs for $44, and they came out cold. He didn’t mention it at the time, so it couldn’t be fixed, but for that price, the food should come out perfect every time.
Overall, I wasn’t impressed with V12. For a place that charges upscale prices, the service and food should match — and it definitely didn’t.
