Greasy, poorly baked, cheese and toppings were sliding off into the box.

Cheese sticks are good. Pizza is soggy, once you pick it up everything falls off.

This is top 5 pizza for me.

I ate a whole pie and have zero regrets. Am I lactose intolerant- absolutely. But I couldn’t help it. It was too good and I just kept going.

The crust was what makes a pizza and they absolutely nailed it. Perfect thickness, perfect char, and it wasn’t soggy, as some pizza crusts of this style can get.

I was told that the folks working this place have been doing it for ages. The colleague I went with has been 18 times in the last 3 years - and he’s from Canada.

Make it happen. It’s worth the trip for sure.

The pizza sometimes depends on the pizza maker. My first times there pizza was right on but the last time two times I was you can see liquid just sitting on top collected in the middle. It made my pizza feel soupy. And ask one pizza maker why is my pizza so wet and he replied that this not dominoes. I laughed in my my head, because o get around ...not a good reply to a customer

I don’t normally review but I went to this restaurant while passing through Krog Street and was blown away by the food and service and felt as though it is one of the most underrated spots in Atlanta. The service was excellent with Carlos helping me making me laugh and feel welcome at the store. I had a meatball parm and a cannoli and the food was superb. Recommending to all my friends and will come back again

I stopped by Varuni Napoli Pizza tonight for a quick bite before closing. I knew I was cutting it close, walking in at 8:53 PM, so I asked an employee — in front of the chefs and the manager, Gino — whether they were still taking orders. He said yes without hesitation, so I proceeded to the counter.
After waiting for a few minutes, Gino approached and told me, "We shut the kitchen down." I responded, "But you just told me to come over and order." He looked at me, said nothing, then gave me a dismissive shrug before walking away. His attitude was rude and apathetic, making the entire experience feel alienating.
As two minorities trying to get a meal, this kind of treatment was disappointing. I’m particularly troubled by Gino’s behavior as a manager. It was not just unprofessional, but also disrespectful. The image of a bald, white male manager shrugging off his customers is hard to ignore, especially in a city like Atlanta, known for its diversity and open-mindedness.
Restaurants and businesses in such a vibrant, inclusive city should reflect that respect and kindness, especially from their leaders. This experience was far from that.

Had a margherita and a pako pizza. They are small pizzas that take just a few minutes to cook. The pies were decent, but the Pako was impossible to eat without everything sliding right off into a clump in the box. The margherita fared slightly better but was still a mess. I would stay away from the fully loaded pies and stick to basics.

Varuni Napoli never disappoints—amazing pizza every time! But the real gem is Gino, who’s been there since day one. He’s incredibly kind and always makes our visits memorable, whether it’s sharing dough for the kids or a little taste of salami or cannoli filling. Che uomo straordinario!

Love the pizza here! We tried the pako and the white truffle mushroom one and both were amazing, i loved the texture of the crust and toppings were quite generous! It's located in a modern food court so the vibes are very casual.

Found this spot while driving up from WPB, FL and used their online order which was easy. I was surprised to find out it was at the Krog Street Market because I’ve been wanting to go to this place since my last trip in August. So I was really happy to check it out. The pizza itself was amazing. I ordered a Margherita pizza with pepperonis on it which my boyfriend loved. I got the Oro Bianco Pizza without the ricotta and I absolutely loved it. It was so good and I loved the pancetta on it. I would definitely go back there.

We used doordash so unfortunately the pizzas were cold but the sub stayed hot! The flavors were so good! Would definitely try them again. We got the Margherita pizza with pepperoni added, partenope pizza, and meatball sub
