Velvet Taco

I called a few weeks ago to have a refund processed and they deliberately lied and said they would process it, at least just say if you can’t instead of acting like y’all don't care on the phone

First time at this restaurant and food was great! Tiana was very helpful and nice.

Zenelle was the best server at velvet tacos it was amazing

Her customer service was EXCELLENT, she definitely made the experience even better. Not only were the tacos amazing, but the team on June 30 at about 11pm was incredible!
I ordered the salmon taco, chicken and waffle taco,, this Fried green tomato taco with Shrimp. OMG the fried green tomato taco was everything. I ordered rice too and that was not a favorite. Yet, the deliciousness of the tacos out did the dislike for the rice!
It was my first time at this location and will be returning!

Try to make a substitution of bacon to brisket on the loaded tots. I’ve gotten it several times with no issue. I come today and now i can’t sub the bacon anymore lol. I talk the manager and he says this is not their standard. He continues to argue me down about $1.50 of brisket lol talking about his staff is giving me it for free when i’ve paid for it everytime (why he assuming?). I called two other Velvet Tacos in ATL and they said that’s just fine. Clearly this is not a standard and he might as well have said “just because”. This whole interaction was nasty and silly. I would've even respected it if he told me he’ll do it this time but moving forward he can no longer do it. At what point do you just make the customer happy? Poor management and customer service from Akeem. Good off this location

Cool, eclectic spot. Unusual but tasty tacos. Probably even better at night hours.

Parking: Garage nearby. Spent $10 for 2 hours.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. There were so many people waiting in line for 30+ minutes just for the cashier to state they stopped taking orders. Never gave a heads up. Never locked their door. Just yelled at the crowd that they’re not cooking anymore. Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service. Would not recommend eating here at all.
