Chino was absolutely great. Approachable, open to questions, and cares that you have a great experience. The food is definitely worth coming back for and don’t be afraid to ask for a recommendation. I got the shrimp banh mi after asking and do not regret my choice. The vegetables were fresh, crisp, the shrimp grilled perfectly and if you like jalapeños, will be the kick that brings it all together. And the milk tea was just *chefs kiss*. For sure going into the rotation

I had a vegetable broth with mixed veggies pho,. It was a good surprise! It was served very hotI and broth was tasty! I love pho and have been to many restaurants and this pho was one of the best phos I have had! A bit of Shiracha and hoisin source will add more flavor,

Good food but terrible service. I purchased food from here and got yelled at for taking two sirarcha hot sauce packets." The person behind the counter quite literally said "you're welcome" multiple times unprovoked in the rudest tone. She told me it was only for to go customers... then why have it out in the open? I am a paying customer, if I want hot sauce I can get some... it's hot sauce! So rude and they lost loyal repeat customers after that. She should be fired.

My recent visit to Vietvana in the West End Food Hall was a delightful dining experience. Despite the bustling atmosphere of the food hall, our food was promptly served, showcasing efficient service even during peak hours.

We started with an order of crispy pork egg rolls, which were perfectly cooked and flavorful. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the spicy beef broth pho with filet mignon. The pho was rich in flavor and the filet mignon was tender and cooked to perfection, demonstrating the high quality and care put into the dishes at Vietvana.

Although they do not offer fountain drinks, the selection of bottled beverages, smoothies, and boba teas more than compensated for this. The diverse drink options added a fun and unique element to our meal.

Considering this was our first visit, we were thoroughly impressed with both the taste and quality of the food. We will certainly be returning to enjoy more of their delicious offerings.

Just came from Vietvana and for the Thai Tea lovers out there it's best to go elsewhere or be prepared to be excessively charged for no legitimate reason. I usually ask for Thai Tea with tapioca and no ice. It takes me forever to drink my tea and by the end it's usually watery and gross. Vietvana wanted to charge me $1 for 'no ice' and $1 for tapioca. That brought a tiny drink all the way up to $9. So I went to Gekko Sushi. That charge certainly soured my experience with dining there again. Glad there are other options!

I'd been hoping the West End would get a Vietnamese eatery soon. I dropped by the food hall and saw this place. I'm in love.
I got the Banh mi and spring rolls. The flavors were tasty and authentic and everything is FRESH. The homemade mayo on the Banh mi is so good.
I've since ordered 2 more times this week. They have a new biggest fan.

So glad to get Vietvana in Southwest Atlanta. I have been mulitple times and each time was DELICIOUS. Items I have tried so far. Spring Roll, Pho with Chicken and Brisket, smoothie with boba, and the vietnamese coffee... all DELICIOUS. So happy they opened a new location this new location at Lee and White.

Do not support Vietvana Decatur. I waited 30 minutes for a to-go order. They brought it to me after I asked. I watched several people sit and eat AFTER I arrived. The manager was not apologetic at all. He said they are first come first serve but I was not served first. The manager said that's why people order online. Meanwhile people got there order before me. 😡 Vietvana Pho Noodle House

This restaurant has the most consistently incompetent takeout service that I've EVER experienced. We've given them plenty of chances - at least 6 or 7 times in the past year. But after the latest incident, we'll never go back. After waiting 25 minutes for our order, they told us they were out of the chicken wings. No problem, let's skip the wings. Finally got our order 10 min later. On our way home, they called and asked when we would be in to pick up our order. We explained that we had already picked it up. After a confused couple of minutes, they said we had the wrong order. Back we went. They swapped that order for our 'correct' order, but we didn't want to leave without checking. Sure enough, it was wrong. Fear not, they said, we'll have your correct order in 5 min. It took another 20. And the kicker? The order included the chicken wings that 3 different employees insisted they were out of. The entire experience took well over an hour and involved multiple employees, but not once did a manager come out to apologize. Again, this is just the last of way-too-many takeout failures. Such a shame because their food is actually pretty good.

The founder are Vietnamese and they said since they couldn't find anywhere else that has Pho as they want, they decided to make their own Pho, which is a great idea. But I'm wondering if they are the cook? Their Pho's quality is not consistent! Sometimes they have fresh flat and thin noodles which is the right pho noodles. But most of the time, they don't have it. Sometimes the broth is good but sometimes it's not even though I ordered a same thing. I feel like they just use their Viet name to attract people but the cook 👩‍🍳 is actually not Viet all the time! Also, I see them in Midtown Alliance but when I showed it to them, they said they don't offer it anymore. I would recommend other places if they keep doing inconsistent things like that. Sorry.

I love Vietvana's food. I've ordered the pho, bahn mi sandwiches, papaya salad, grilled lemongrass chicken vermicelli, and honeydew milk tea. The food is always fresh and flavorful.

4 of us came here for dinner. We got several dishes. Everything was good. It took a while to order and get the food. Our server was really nice. I thought it was a little expensive for pho, but I guess it's in a trendy area.
