Chino was absolutely great. Approachable, open to questions, and cares that you have a great experience. The food is definitely worth coming back for and don’t be afraid to ask for a recommendation. I got the shrimp banh mi after asking and do not regret my choice. The vegetables were fresh, crisp, the shrimp grilled perfectly and if you like jalapeños, will be the kick that brings it all together. And the milk tea was just *chefs kiss*. I had a vegetable broth with mixed veggies pho,. It was a good surprise! It was served very hotI and broth was tasty! I love pho and have been to many restaurants and this pho was one of the best phos I have had! A bit of Shiracha and hoisin source will add more flavor,
