They kicked us out and then messed up all the to-go orders. asked for a hashbrown bowl, extra crispy which she responded to and said "for sure" then gave me a grits bowl instead in the bag. I can't eat grits. asked for a blueberry waffle, which she confirmed. gave us a regular.

They were reassuring me that my order was correct the entire time that I’m checking my order. I get home and realize I don’t have my cheese grits. I tried to call up there so that I don’t have a long way and the phone to the actual restaurant does not even ring. It’s just this automatic message saying that they don’t take Phone orders. They also forgot my onions on my hashbrowns. When I brought it back they treated it as if it did not matter. I told them a remake wasn’t enough and they walked away as I was speaking to them. NEVER coming back!

Came here Christmas to pick up breakfast to take to the hospital. Every single person in this location was kind, happy, and just wonderful. We needed a smile this morning and I'm so grateful we stopped here.

I'd say the worst service, but more like no service. Sat down at 2p, one other table in the entire place. I was craving the all stars special. Waited 15 minutes while 4 people barely working behind the counter ignored me. And then I left. Never coming back to this location
