Very friendly staff but was not very attentive mostly amongst conversation forgetting drink order and food as well took 10 mins after my eggs grits and sausage came out to get my waffle at that point i dont Want the waffle yes 1-2 mins after food is ok for waffle to come out but 10 is just not acceptable and they also need to pre buss and clean after every customer not once customer sits down

March '24: great experience, ask for Ya-Ya!It's March '21, and I arrive at 550am to a Waffle House I've visited many times,open 24 hours (if you trust Google) but upon arriving i learn there is window-only ordering until 6am when morning reinforcements arrive.There are six workers, with two of them sitting on their phones, at the booth and the bar (if you must know, the phones are in their hands not under any tails.) There is a customer-to-service provider chat at the above-mentioned window where attempt to understand the operation, and my immediate options for my future. By the second question her annoyance builds. By my fourth clarification question the security guard appears.Mamma Mia (yes that's her name, i learn later, the Mamma part arriving three+ decades ago, sometime after her 18th birthday)At 613am the 7th worker arrives, but the minion who lets her in asks me to wait, before i was able to attempt to enter a customer-free restaurant filled with now seven workers."Do you think it might be five minutes?" I asked."Give or take." The annoyed reply."Could that mean twenty? I've already been here 24 minutes.""No." She is tired of me. I turn away to nurse my grumbling stomach.My old friend Mamma Mia summons me to enter. Oodelally! (My favorite Disney exclamation.)I pull on the door. Locked firmly. Mamma Mia takes two minutes to notice my failure, as i was deathly afraid of asking at this point. (Yes, i also wanted to milk my self-righteousness and martyrdom. These are not behaviors i wish to indulge so frequently.) She smiles warmly when i hold open for her the second vestibule door.Minutes earlier the younger minion, imbued with more earrings and flair than kindness and compassion, had locked the door behind worker number seven. My now-hangry 199lbs (my last weigh-in was December. Close enough) gets to work on this minor injustice like a boxer goes to town on a peanut butter-filled Kong.I sit and eat. It's great.i need a napkin, and am happy to see the small gray dispenser a foot away on the counter. It's metal frame asks me to pull and rip for nine seconds, as it's 100-napkin capacity can keep its to-high count of them in the 120s if it keeps up this persistence to keep each one ensconced under maximum friction.It's not fine dining. It's fast, filling, and DURING DAYTIME&EVENING, friendly. It's welcoming to walk in to the building, they all greet the hungry visitors with love and a smile. I'll be back.

me and my mom are from out of town & we came to get something to eat so we can get ready to continue our workday tiffani took our orders & summited them to the cook he made the orders & tiffani give us our orders within 5 minutes of us eating our food tiffani told us we needed to leave because they are getting ready for their shift change we have never been through this or experience this at any of the locations we have where we are from please address this issue

waffle House is a diner. it's no frills, but it's fast. the servers are decent enough. if you want to see what goes into most of the food, you can watch it being prepared. The hash browns are great! I enjoy taking my young son for breakfast because it's incredibly quick.Vegetarian options: if you eat eggs and don't mind butter, there are many options. eggs, toast, waffles, hash browns.this isn't a vegetarian establishment, but it's easy for one to eat here. I don't believe they have any vegetarian meat options.Parking: small dedicated lot, but big shopping plaza with ample free parkingKid-friendliness: not fancy, and quick makes this an easy place to take a child

Probably my favorite waffle home in Atlanta. The management is good with at least 8-10 people working at all times and friendly service. Mama Mia is the best server - kind, quick and very attentive making sure our order was absolutely perfect. We come all the way here from west midtown just cause the food and service is that good.
