We had the best Waffle House experience with our server My’Shae! She was attentive, friendly, and even curated the music to all our favorite songs. She treated our baby like her own and made sure we were treated like queens! Everyone at this location is warm and willing to go the extra mile, even on a busy Sunday breakfast. 10/10.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Waffle House on Clairmont Road is a true gem. The food is consistently hot, delicious, and served lightning fast—all at a price that won’t break the bank. Their Senior meals are an incredible value, just $7.75 for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Service is always warm, attentive, and dependable, and the place stays spotless. If you’re looking for quality comfort food and top-tier hospitality, I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

I love the general manger at this location, she is good at training employees on hospitality. I have ate here 4 times with or without my child and I notice we have better service when my child is present. People should receive the same treatment regardless of their judgement in their head about who they think a person may be! At my last visit I received great service and I thank her for her kindness.

I recently returned to this Waffle House location after avoiding it for several months due to a previous negative experience, hoping things might have improved. Unfortunately, my visit confirmed that the issues with service remain unresolved.
During my visit, I encountered poor customer service from an overnight employee named Drea. She did not greet guests, appeared disengaged, and was coughing while preparing food—an unacceptable practice in any food service environment.
I also made a simple request for hot water to soak my silverware, which was declined by another employee, an older woman working the dishwashing area. Her response was that they were not allowed to provide hot water, which I found surprising and concerning from a sanitation standpoint.
Overall, the atmosphere and service at this location were far below expectations. I will not be returning and will instead continue taking my business to the Waffle House on Druid Hills Road, where the staff are noticeably more professional, friendly, and customer-oriented.
This location would greatly benefit from improved staff training and attention to cleanliness and customer service.
