This is a really good Waffle House. Well prepared food, friendly service, and clean. Waffle House is known of course for its straightforward, simple food and then this case was quite satisfying. The cook was observably on top of things, skilled and efficient, and he kept his cooking and work surfaces clean and tidy. Impressive! I don't eat out much, but I definitely will go back to this Waffle House. There weren't a lot of customers there perhaps because it was Tuesday evening, but I bet they're busy at other parts of the day. I dined alone, but this would be a good one to go to with a friend or two, or fill a booth with a party of four.

TT is the best waitress EVER! Jenny is the best manager EVER! We watched her train & quiz the cook Winston. The food was AMAZING! My daughter wanted to try the Waffle House for her 1st trip to Atlanta. We were thrilled with the staff of 3. Thank you ,Winston, Jenny & TT. You are in our š forever! You ROCK 2nd shift!

The whole appeal of what for house is that they are open 24/7. Then stop doing I house drive after 1130pm to 6am on weekends and holidays. So very disappointed.

Brookhaven location is our favorite location. Folks are so nice and the food is served hot and delicious
WORST experience Iāve ever had. The two employees working tonight avoided me and my family right when we sat down. It was not busy either so I didnāt see any reason for them to be the way they were. They didnāt give us a menu and expected us to order. We asked for menus and they only gave us 2 and it was 5 of us. The silverware was set as a pile on the table, and the server was just staring at us as if we were the issue. I will add that a group of 5 people showed up and they happily served them. We left because we felt extremely unwelcome. I would never come back. I used to like it here, but after this I am crushed. I suggest coming to Ihop up the road. Iām here now with one server and with much better service.

I would give zero stars if I could. The servers didnāt say hello or much less smile. The āserverā came up to our table and threw all the of the utensils in a pile and gave us two menus for a party of five only after she had come up to ask us what we wanted without having given us menus. Iām glad we left. Donāt patronize this place, the servers have no manners and I donāt think the muscles on their faces are capable of smiling.

Came into the restaurant during evening shift, and waiters got upset with 5 individuals coming in. No hellos, and waiters were debating on who should take our order. Once a waiter came, she put all the utensils in a pile and asked us what to order. We didnāt even have menus. She gave us 2 menus from the bar, but we were 5 people. I got up to get another from the same spot and afterwards she replaced those menus but didnāt give us anymore. We walked out, worst service i have ever had. dont go here.
