I came here with my party but the cook said he on break. I offered to tip $100 but the waitress said it don’t matter he still gone be on break for 30 minutes. She told me to go to the other Waffle House on 85. I highly don’t recommend this place. The staff Is rude and disrespectful and don’t want your money

Told the waitress why I was allergic to dairy and she went out of her way to make sure my order was correct without me having to put in any extra effort and I appreciate that. It was also 4am and extremely cold. Oh and the food is very fresh !!!

I wanted a chicken sandwich which normally comes on a bun with LT and pickle . The cook Mimi gave me a chicken sandwich melt on Texas toast I believe. I’m trying to stay away from cheese but honestly it was so good not only am I on my way back this morning . This is how I want it from now on !!!
I enjoy the breakfast with grits, grilled chicken, etc. Everyone is pleasant, Lawanda knows exactly what I want & how I want it prepared. She's the BEST! Great customer service

Ordered online at 8:36pm and received a text saying food would be finished in 15 min. After arriving at 8:45 pm they told us 10 more min. Went back up to the door after 10 min. the door was locked and just waiting along with another customer.It's now 9:10 pm and they locked the doors saying it would be 10 more minutes. What is the order ahead feature for if they don't let you know they're closed. Smh we finally got our food at 9:25pm with 5 workers half sitting around I will never do this again.

Listen restaurants in the black community get a bad rap for customer service. But not this Waffle House!! Every single person in the building greets you when you hit the door. They are friendly and they do a great job getting your food to you in a timely manner. I keep coming back because I keep having the same great experience!!

I could not even get my order here tonight. As soon as I got there the lady told me there was not a cook and we would have to wait just to get an order. No one was friendly and it was 5 people in the store doing absolutely nothing besides waiting to tell customers that they didn’t have a cook. I was wondering why the store was even open. I hope they wasn’t paying employees just to stand around and say that.?
