I ordered all star meal online from the app and the said I need to wait outside it was freezing there and I assumed because I didn’t tipped in the app for handing a bag for me she was mad didn’t even looked at me when gave my food she was rude food was good so 3 starts

I try my absolute best not to go to this location I only go here when I don't want to go to any other locations and it's closer to where I live however they have some servers that are pretty decent but the ones that work overnight that take orders at the window they are completely not worth the effort. One even has an attitude all the time when you come up to the window, if you don't like your job then find another one because it's all about customer service at the end of the day.

This Waffle House has such a friendly atmosphere! My waitress, Nina, was very nice and fun — she was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I also noticed she treated all her tables with the same great attitude and professionalism. The rest of the staff provided excellent customer service, and the cooks were quick with the food. Overall, a great experience!
