Always expect a good meal when I go to Waffle House. Staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs and desires. Food was hot and well prepared. Everyone in my party throughly enjoyed their meals. I expected nothing short of that whatever Waffle House I go.

I visited this Waffle house this am, 1st X, Customer Service etiquette is?. I was headed to an assignment, as I'm a Healthcare worker, also still celebrating my birthday. I didn't get the young lady's name, but I was going to compliment her on the make-she has on...but she asked me... "Can you Move " to the To-Go section. Very non-chalant, rude, and to me disrespectful! I won't be going back there anymore! It's not what you say....it's your delivery! So please keep your employees in an in-going training program-class! Never been here and won't be returning! And yes I gave a Tip...pulled back...I can't support unprofessionalism! I was under the impression, there were more customers, but I noticed..There weren't, so I P/U my coffee, then went back to sit where I was...

6pm on a Wednesday. 4 employees on the clock. Dining room closed. One of then even had time to stand outside and have a smoke. Come on. Lazy.

The ambiance feel great BUT my girlfriend later called me and told me that she was having an allergic reaction to something, eventually she told me that she was allergic to peanuts, and suspected that the cooks did not properly clean the side of the oven of peanut residue
