Waffle House

I walked in after a few weeks for Breakfast before starting my day. The breakfast is good, but the service is average. The Breakfast Menu has a lot of options, especially for vegetarians, and the kids' menu is so good. Waffle House Menu.

This Waffle House downtown Atlanta is an interesting place to experience. We came here for breakfast late morning and it was very busy, but I also came here at 1am and there were 20 people outside waiting for food. This place is open 24hrs and he staff here is patient beyond belief. They may not say pls and thank you every time as its such a busy place with all kind of people stopping by here.. but they get your food and you are on your way. The food is good. It's nothing fantastic but it does taste good. Had the Cheesesteak Melt one day and the Texas Bacon Patty Melt late night. Both good and hit the spot.

They made us stand because the girl didn't want to take more than one table. Eventually the other girl let's us sit in her section and she was super sweet and food wasn't bad. I do feel like making us stand for over 30 minutes with only two tables sat was ridiculous asf

I love waffle house. It's really hard to lower the bar on expectations. It's just a great comfort food place. You're not here for exceptional service lr scenery. Just some good hashbrowns and eggs. However, when you say 24 hours and then lock your doors its an issue. When you tell your customer you open at 6:05 and allow your guest to stand out in the cold while the crew slowly preps for the day, you have indeed lowered the bar of expectation.

Bad service... or no service really. It was ok for the first 5 mins when we were seated, but then the server just never came back. 2 servers sat at the counter chatting with 1 guy cooking. Others came in and they went and took their order, but just never came back to ours. Not sure why, but was surprising as I'd heard good things about the food. Too bad we didn't get to try it. I would not recommend this place. Plenty of other nice restaurants in the area with great, friendly service.

The waitress gave bad vibes. I didn't want to order anything. I often dress worse for ware to see how well their customer service is.

I came in this morning. The lady that was working to go orders had a nasty attitude and gave me spoiled chocolate milk. And I think it was on purpose cause milk has dates on it. she knew it. It smells and taste weird. But I hope she has a good morning. Customer service in the service industry is a must. Smile.

There are many reasons why Waffle House are not traditional my go too spot for food. I am currently waiting over an hour and 45 minutes for our food. We arrive with other individuals who placed there orders through the app. Well…. We thought it would have speed up the process of our meal. Not at all. I honestly feel that several things should have been considered: more staff coverage during conferences in town, giving more attention to their customers and not overlooking people specifically. I am deeply saddened because I wanted to feel that Waffle House would earn my respect along with my business, nowhere close to it!!!

Patience was definitely tested along with losing 2 hours of sleep.

Sorry, but I highly don’t suggest this location unless you look a specific way. Customer service is very important!

I think the workers are very slow! My family and I visited this place December 2024 and we ordered coffees to go but it took them so long that I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants quick service. We had to go somewhere and we told the lady there to give us the coffees cause it was taking so long almost like an hour for a COFFEE and she was giving us so much attitude. There was other people who were before us who ordered as well and for them as well it took so long!! Coffee was terrible too. It was a mess.
