It's waffle house. .same atmosphere as all the others. Same food as well. Service was a little slack. Everything else was fine. Good value.

For all the employees that were in the restaurant…I would have expected a cleaner dining area. I think that the employees spend way too much time talking to each other and playing around instead of catering to their customers. My waitress was new… but the bare minimum you should check on your customers. Every time I needed something I would have to stop whatever employee passed my table. The grits were cold and the waffles were burnt! This location sucks… The food and the employees suck too!!! I won’t be back!

The restaurant was full, so there was about a 7-10 minute wait. The service and food arrival at the table was very fast. The food tasted very good.

Compared to your typical Waffle House, this one is exceptional. Clean, food was well prepared, and service was prompt and friendly.

Our waitress was very busy. My bacon and waffles were underdone but I still enjoyed my midnight meal!

Would not recommend. Food was as expected for a waffle house but the cook or shift lead or hoping to god not manager was rude as hell to everyone she worked with. Complained in front of a customer about how a server ringing in the 3 waffles instead of 1 waffle 3 times messed up her bonus. Complained about dishes being stacked up but didnt wash one herself while we were there. Belittled her coworkers over simple mistakes and needs to take some classes on proper coaching if she is in a leadership role. Embarrassed for this establishment solely because of the way she acted in the roughly 45 minutes we were there.

I went to this location twice over my trip to Atlanta. The food was perfectly done on both visits, but the service varied greatly between them. On my first visit, the waitress was extremely sweet and attentive despite how busy it was. She even made sure the jalapenos were added to my hashbrowns when she noticed they weren't in there before serving it to me.

The second visit was not the same level of customer service. Even getting a refill on coffee was too much to ask for. It was equally busy both times, and the kitchen ran like a well oiled machine, but the server makes or breaks the experience. If you get a great server, 5 stars for sure. If not, 3 stars.
