this place always blast it’s air-conditioning even in the winter, thus your food gets to you cold cause the whole place is cold. This is my third attempt. I’m gonna have to find a new waffle house half my meal was ice cold the place is always freezing it has nothing to do with the door opening closing the staff keep the air-conditioning on year-round.. with your food waiting to be added to your plate ends up ice cold so lukewarm eggs, hot waffle, ice cold hash browns and sausage.. i’m gonna have to find a new Waffle House where half my meal isn’t cold all the time I’ve given it three attempts and this happens every time. And the air conditioning is always blasting and right now it’s 45° outside. but if you want good air-conditioning in 45° weather go to this waffle House. $20 for breakfast half of a ice cold and not edible

The food was decent. The service was not terrible, but it wasn’t the best. The biggest issue was that the restaurant was so dirty. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a very long time. We went very early in the morning, so it shouldn’t have been too dirty. Then one associate said she was about to sweep, and she did; but the floor was still nasty. Even the card reader was dirty. I’m not sure who cleans up there, but they aren’t doing a really good job.

My wife and I recently visited Waffle House Store #625 on Highway 278 in Covington, and we were fortunate to have Victoria as our waitress again. She took great care of us during our last visit, and today she proved once again why she’s one of the best.
Victoria has the perfect personality for customer service—cool, friendly, attentive, and always professional. She checks in at just the right moments, keeps things running smoothly, and makes sure every customer is completely satisfied. You can clearly see that she takes pride in her work.
She’s consistently courteous, works with purpose, and goes above and beyond to create a warm, enjoyable dining experience. It’s rare to find someone who delivers this level of service every time.

This Waffle House is super unique. When we went there were hostesses at the front leading us to our seats. Waitress was super helpful in discussing allergies and taking our orders. Very friendly too. Food was awesome too!

Waffle House on Glenwood across from Maynard High school in the plaza as Kroger very horrible service when u walk in no on ever greeted us and was never told to sign in we just standing there along with others looking around a customer had to tell us when asked abt it the take out cashier said that’s not her job the manager lady with glasses all outside worried abt people parking but should have been inside taking care of the customers lord knows I hope she washed her hands know I must say the waitress Courtney was very pleasant she was on point the host had a very bad attitude as well

I love Waffle House I hate that the prices have gone up but they have gone up everywhere. Food was good, the service was excellent which was really good because they were very crowded and we did have a wait but it was worth it. Parking is a little tight at this location so be prepared.
