Worst Waffle House ever!!! Terrible service, waisted 30 minutes to make an order. Had a Police officer that was very aggressive. I’ve seen waffle houses with 10x more people than in this one and they couldn’t get anything accomplished. Definitely need new management and employees.

First Chick-fil-A all around Atlanta and now the Wafflehouse! This location flipped real bad! Too many students! What happened to the old experienced crew? Everybody is either unprofessional or incompetent. You gotta ask for EVERYTHING. If you get a waffle you literally gotta ask for syrup, and eating utensils….A straw… a bag for your food to go….like who is is training these people? They can’t even remember your order after they just took it! This generation of customer service is COOKED

OKAY SO LISTEN!!! This is my first time @ Waffle House (from Chicago) and Jocelyn, Ellissa, and Chris held it allll the way down! I popped in @ 9pm on a Monday. They paid so so much extra care and attention, so friendly, funny — I can’t remember the last time I had customer service that left me feeling full before I ate a thing. Chris really threw down. BLESS U FRIENDS! I’ll be back asap!

Absolutely jammed packed yet Shun continues to shine. She always takes care of us and is sweet yet turns tables to get you in. Also, the cook Michael was slinging eggs like Michael Penix. 10/10. From manager taking names for wait list, to line cook stepping up to help ring out customers to the names I mentioned. No worldstar waffle house here. Just good ole southern hospitality and comfort food.

You’re breaking my heart. 💔 I love you guys. You have the nicest employees and the best food of any WH I’ve been to—and I’ve been to a lot. But the only reason I go to WH is because I want a place to meet & have breakfast at 5 or 6 in the morning, and y’all don’t open until 7 now… that defeats the whole purpose of going to WH. McDonald’s has somehow usurped y’all—I never thought I’d say those words—as my go-to morning meetup location. ☹️ But please return. I love you guys.

Fantastic experience!!! Slim is so kind and genuine with a wonderful warm smile..she was so attentive to our needs..Zeke cooked our food..hands down the best bacon bowl I've ever had at a Waffle House..keep up the wonderful work..we will definitely be back..Kindness Wins!!
