This waffle house is a disgrace to the franchise. They do not uphold nor reflect ANY of the core values of Waffle House which is to "provide friendly service, quality food, and unique experience". They managed to accomplish 1 out of 3! Which was a very unique experience! Traveling from SC and heading to Louisiana, stopping at a local Waffle House and being told that they were CROSS CONTAMINATING THEIR FOOD, so I wouldn't be able to receive anything as simple as some hash brown potatoes .... During a rush hour. In addition to being turned down for my order in an attempt to get the person that was with me food still... THEY MESSED THE WHOLE ORDER UP. SO WAITING 2 HOURS FOR NOTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! It's already a challenge being allergic to numerous things and not being able to apply specific filters online in order to ensure I wont die.
I'm not sure if it is because I have ADHD, but they did not want to serve me with respect and urgency. But I will NEVER stop at this waffle house again. But if they don't get it together soon, they will be the reason why Waffle House will be receiving a lawsuit, especially in the recent death of the 12 year old Mia St Hilaire died because of a employees negligent behavior to just WASH DISH.

Came in to order a to-go order, I was greeted by all employees. Came to the to-go area to order and I was asked if I could please have a moment to order and when I was ready to order, employee rhondi said that I was to order t the other register that you pay on when you dine in. So I went there and waited about 5 7 minutes waiting to be helped. Rhondi is standing directly in front of me and washing dishes. The other employees at busy with their customers and calling orders.I politely ask miss rhondi if someone would be with me soon to take my order, she said to me rudely that your sitting down and at the wrong area no one is going to take your order they think your eating in. So I get help from another employee, miss kD. She was very helpful and nice to me taking my orders. I let her know why happened with miss rhondi and she advised me that she will let her manager know. Other than Rhondi rudeness it was a pleasure and the food was great

When I walked in, there was already a lot going on. The server had asked me what it was that I wanted and she immediately called out my order wrong. And I knew it was gonna go down hill from there. I had the hash browns, scattered, and covered, smothered, diced, topped and country. I also ordered raisin toast and cheese eggs. That was it. My bag was tied up when I got it and something told me to check it, but I didn't. I was just ready to get out of there. I got home and I saw what you guys are seeing. Little broken up, burned pieces of bacon, 2 shriveled up pieces of raisin toast, and the driest hash browns I have ever had in my life. The eggs were okay though. That was my first and last time getting food from that location.

Not sure what's up with the bad reviews, I've ordered a breakfast meal there 3 times and every time it's always come out consistently pretty good (similar to basically any other waffle house). The price is good too, especially for Atlanta.
25 minute wait, $35 for two hash brown bowls because there’s a forced 20% ‘to-go’ charge when they don’t even let you come in, staff was rude, said they would charge me for more than 3 ketchup packets.

I’m not a brokey and I don’t take advantage of ppl over a 11 dollar meal. They would rather give a whole refund then give me the order that o paid for…

I really don’t like the way that they handled this but I’m pretty sure that Waffle House corporate doesn’t give a damn. The time is now 12:10PM. So since you want to review the cameras to see if I got my sandwich, why don’t you review the camera to see the experience that I had? going through all that trouble when you could’ve just did the right thing but hey if they hurting for one sandwich like that, then we definitely don’t need to eat here because that shows your business Ackerman as well as what you do for profit and loss doesn’t work if you got a hold on to a lousy and measly sandwich
