It’s 10:40am and Iam in the restaurant having breakfast! The only reason I stay in this restaurant was because we are visiting from Chicago and don’t have time to go to another restaurant! We walk in and they had loud music I did told ALL THE LADIES that we were going to wait for 2 tables that were dirty! They said ok ! I really hope owner can see the cámaras to see how they were just standing there looking at us! They did not care about there clients ! Thank you Miya the Waitress was friendly And food was delicious!

We had to wait for 30 minutes before someone came by to take our order. We'd asked for water and had to ask thrice before we were given any. The food itself took 10-15 mins again to arrive. Worse, people who arrived 20 mins after us were served their food while we were waiting to even place an order.

Came in the middle of the night to this Waffle House expecting it to have a dine in experience. Only for it to be to go orders only which was fine didn’t bother me too much. I ordered 2 Texan bacon cheese steak melts. They took over 30 minutes to dish out the order and they weren’t even busy. And the food was super greasy almost inedible.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
This waffle house is a disgrace to the franchise. They do not uphold nor reflect ANY of the core values of Waffle House which is to "provide friendly service, quality food, and unique experience". They managed to accomplish 1 out of 3! Which was a very unique experience! Traveling from SC and heading to Louisiana, stopping at a local Waffle House and being told that they were CROSS CONTAMINATING THEIR FOOD, so I wouldn't be able to receive anything as simple as some hash brown potatoes .... During a rush hour. In addition to being turned down for my order in an attempt to get the person that was with me food still... THEY MESSED THE WHOLE ORDER UP. SO WAITING 2 HOURS FOR NOTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! It's already a challenge being allergic to numerous things and not being able to apply specific filters online in order to ensure I wont die.
I'm not sure if it is because I have ADHD, but they did not want to serve me with respect and urgency. But I will NEVER stop at this waffle house again. But if they don't get it together soon, they will be the reason why Waffle House will be receiving a lawsuit, especially in the recent death of the 12 year old Mia St Hilaire died because of a employees negligent behavior to just WASH DISH.
Little things like this matter tremendously!

It was storming and they were RUDE AS HELL!! Especially this skinny blonde African American kid.. totally NOT coming back to this place EVER!! They should either FIRE these entitled workers or just close this location!!
