Well pretty much every waffle House you go to is the same this one has to be called out for the exceptional customer service of the person who was taking care of the to-go orders. Taryn was so pleasant so engaging and made sure that I had everything I needed for my order and double-checked it her smile and attitude made my day.

We moved here from Texas 4 years ago and fell in love with Waffle House, but unfortunately by far this is the worst waffle house experience I have ever had. Service was very slow. I asked for my coffee in a to-go cup when we sat down, that was not what I received. I also asked for ice water, which was not given. I always order the hash brown bowl with eggs over easy.. I received them, pretty much hard boiled. My wife ordered raisin toasts on her plate, but she received plain toast. And my wife did not receive her waffle until about 15 minutes after she got her original plate. So she had to take THAT to go. So pretty much anything we asked for, we did not get. We will definitely NOT be coming back to this Waffle House location. Customer service experience, gets 2 thumbs down.

I've been coming to this WaHo for years, bordering on decades. The food is above average for the chain: waffles come up on time and full of add-ons if you choose, hash browns come out super crispy on the bottom but fluffy in the middle, eggs are always ALWAYS on point. But the service is what really brings me back to this location. I've come alone, with groups, at lunch, after work, at 3 in the morning... It doesnt' matter, the people here will welcome you home.

My Daughter bought me a sprite from here and I almost threw up. It taste like molded sprite. I wish restaurants that have soda dispenser would pull the spouts off where the soda comes out and wash them. Try it and you’ll see why your soda taste like death in a cup. I’ve never seen yours but I can tell you it looks like gum inside from years of not washing them. You’ll be disgusted and thank me later. I’m calling the health department if I taste it again. It takes a few mins to clean them and stop sickness

They customer service at night sucks they act non chalant and throws your food together any kind of way if I say I want my hash browns well done crispy on both sides I should get that instead they give me the regular undone hash browns like always then I have to end up returning them to get them made how I want them ???? will never return
