Had breakfast Monday 9/29/25 and my server was Mrs Charlie. She was the absolute best server, so kind and attentive. She was a treasure! Thank you for good food and amazing service!

I’m not gonna lie. I’m SUPER bitter because this is one of the Waffle Houses that discontinue dining in and does to-go orders only from 11:30pm-7am. So if you’re here for a late night feast, then you’ll have to take it home or eat it in your car.
Other than that, we went around 2:30am and it was very active with little to no line. We were served our food in about 15-20 minutes.
I had the chicken melt hashbrowns bowl with scramble eggs and a blueberry waffle. The staff was efficient and the restaurant was clean due to the lack of people in it. They’re also quite generous with sauces.

The worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to I’m so mad I didn’t check the reviews first. I called my order in , when I walk in the building I see my food is ready and getting cold because they have the A/C blowing full blast. I ask nicely for my food since I was not greeted and I was rudely snapped at by the old lady taking orders making me wait even longer. When I finally get my TO GO ORDER it’s cold and wrong. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese and they gave me two cold sausage biscuits. Cant tell if it was nasty because it was cold or just nasty I won’t be back. Time and money wasted. If you work at Amazon stopping here is not a good choice I want my money back.

Ordered my food and someone who wasn’t on the clock gave my food to someone else and that wasn’t even there order.
Worst place…never seen any other locations I’m the late night they don’t accept dine in Only togo orders…that also we need to wait outside of the restaurant. AND DO NOT ADD ANY TIP BECAUSE THEY CHARGE SERVICE CHARGES & TOGO FEE AND THEY ASK FOR TIPS…

They always, ALWAYS get our order wrong. Asked for chicken sausage? It's Pork. Added a side of grits? Wasn't there. Asked for a biscuit? Here's toast. Asked for cheese on the eggs? Suddenly we lactose. They've gotten about $100 Total out of us on just things we paid EXTRA for that they just didn't include. Swear they cant read or something because how? HOW??
I would put money on it that if you ordered online they would get SOMETHING wrong about the order. 9 times outta 10, never had a perfect order from this location.
Then the lady had the nerve to assure me twice that it was chicken sausage. Idk what she pointed at that would indicate it was but she must think we stupid.
At least it wasn't nothing wrong with the taste of the food besides my one piece of undercooked bacon.
But this was our last straw, we won't be back. Plenty of locations in the city.

Waffle House always gives good food and friendly servers. I think they have a bad rep. It's not going to be a 5 star restaurant. But it is what you expect. Good and fast and relatively cheap (although they've gone up).
