One time, I was staring at the sun with my friend, and the craziest thing happened. After staring at the sun for approximately 1 hour with my friend, I couldn't see anything anymore. But then I told him that even if I could see where to go to tell mom that it didn't even matter because she was in the hospital cancer, and she only had 3 days of life expected.

We dined in on a Saturday game night. While we were seated promptly the table was dirty. There was a piece of bacon on our table, I looked around and 2 empty tables behind us were also visibly dirty with debris. They were moderately busy, not so busy they couldn't properly clean the tables. Our signature drinks were just okay. The quality of the food it self was good and reasonably priced. I felt my chicken looked better than it tasted and was over cooked. He did enjoy his burger and service was adequate. It was somewhere we all wanted to go before we left Atlanta. One member of our group went to get a specialty coffee while we were waiting for the rest of our group, she had about a fourth of it left when we were seated, nothing was said. Then after we're seated she's told she can't have an outside drink she'd have to throw it out or go outside and finish it. We should have all got up and left. They were willing to lose 6 people eating there over a 1/4 cup of coffee that you couldn't even buy in their restaurant. If they were a stand alone place, it would be understandable, but they are located in The Battery in Atlanta where there are tons restaurants within walking distance. The night before one restaurant was willing to let 5 of our group come in with mixed drinks.Parking: Free parking garage, have to walk a ways to the restaurant depending on where you're about to find a spot, could be short walk or quiet a long walk.

Been to The Battery many times but finally tried Walburgers, and glad we did! Nicole was an amazing server for our group and went above and beyond with requests and suggestions and was just overall a great person! They had something for everyone on the menu, including vegetarian options, my impossible burger was awesome, friends said burgers were great, bacon Mac n cheese was just ok tho..it was more like an unseasoned Alfredo with bacon crumbles. Will come back again!

Last time I ate a burger at a different place in the Battery and it was okay. I came here this time and wow- amazing! I got the BBQ Bacon Burger with sweet potato tots and they were delicious! Our server was also very nice and I appreciated how kind she was to our family. I wish I remembered her name. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and staff are 10/10. I'll be back again.

When a waiter about 10 feet away screams at the top of his lungs while watching a ball game on the TV and thinks nothing of it. We moved to the other side of the restaurant. Felt bad for the waiter in the section we moved fromThe food is good but overpriced. Drinks come in glassware but IF you ask for utensils they give you plastic. When your bill is $70 for an app, 2 burgers, and 2 drinks you expect better than that. At least I do. Will never go back. There are many places in this area that serve better burgers so go to them instead.

Great environment and friendly staff, but the basic but obvious look is great. It's a great blend of sports bar and "fine dining". Just a little disappointing that when I asked about mocktails the waitress offered non-alcoholic beer... a mocktail isn't a beer ? but whatever, no big deal, the lemonade was good. I'd recommend.

This review was hard because we had mixed feelings. Let's start with the good. Burgers were amazing! Cooked to perfection and that Wahl Sauce is so delicious. The highlight though is the Kale & Brussel sprouts slaw! I can eat that slaw any day! Strawberry milkshake was good. Now the bad part. Our server (Nathaniel) was the weakest link. Customer service skills? (2 out of 10). Soft spoken and not too friendly. We were seated by the Host and it took him a long time to come over and take our order. I don't think he told us his name. (I got his name from the receipt). Didn't smile. Never came to check on us. Then when he finally brought the bill after waiting awhile, he just sat it down and walked away to wait on this large table behind us. He was much more friendly to them. ( I guess he though he would get a big tip). He just needs to be retrained or something. We spoke to the Manager he was very friendly and apologetic. Big shout out to the server (Brian) who was the complete opposite of Nathaniel. Brian was friendly, attentive to his guests and what we hoped Nathaniel would be. Overall, the food, style and ambiance of Wahlburgers was great. Service stunk.
