Just plain great Hawaiian food. Not fancy, but so delicious! I always snag extra to-go to take home when I stop by. Friendly staff who don’t mind if you bring a group to just hang out for hours. A favorite!

Maybe its because I ordered take out, not sure. The food was barely warm despite the fact that I scheduled pickup for 7 pm and was a few minutes early. I had ordered the mini beef bbq and what I got was mostly a bunch of onions with a little beef and liquid with a very little cup of sauce on the side. The macaroni salad was very good though and tasted homemade. I hate to be negative with such a friendly staff that was there but this was my first time trying this food in Atlanta and I was so looking forward to it only to be so disappointed

New comfort food alternative. Food was good for the price. The crab Rangoon was homemade instead of generic frozen ones. The service was really fast and owners are nice. Good option to try out the cuisine or quick bites.

Amazing food! I ordered online and was further away than I thought and they stayed open until I got there.

It's certainly not the best Hawaiian BBQ I've had, but it's probably the best I've had outside of the 9th island (Las Vegas) and it CERTAINLY beats L&L.

Curry is more soup than gravy, which I didn't love, but the katsu is crispy, the bbq beef and Spam musubi were both delicious, and albeit the prices are a tad steep, the portions are pretty solid. Mac salad was good, too. Again, way better than L&L's.

Friendly staff - chatty and nice. The mother/son team provide excellent, personalized service!
Amazing food - tasty! I loved the chicken combo for $11.99. I want to go back for the fried rice and the coconut shrimp.
Atmosphere - definitely could use a refresh of paint, signage out front, and door knobs. I think that would help keep their business alive!

Pretty good. I have to say I’m biased because before I moved to Atlanta I lived in Kona on the big island of Hawaii so the food here won’t beat the real thing from the islands but it was nice to get some Kalua Pork and a shave ice here on the mainland!

I first started coming here when they first opened. I try to swing by occasionally since I'm not local. I love the steamed dumplings and chicken katsu as well as the Kalua pork. The macaroni salad is also delicious.

If I know Im going to be around Waikikie Im stopping by for a plate some extra macaroni salad and a Spam musubi to go. I found this spot during covid and it’s been one of my go tos ever since. Everything is delicious and you will take the best nap of your life after chowing down!!! Highly recommend.
