My family has loved going to this restaurant for many, many years. The food is super good and the staff are so friendly. Everything we have tried is delicious. I super love the Katsu chicken and fried rice. Love the atmosphere. We went one Sunday and there were several diners that met to play Ukulele, which was wonderful!!! I highly recommend that you try Waikiki Hawaiian BBQ!

Great family business. The original owner can from Hawaii with great island flavors. Nice comfort food with a great atmosphere. Outside covered tables for those cool days.

This was my first time visiting Waikiki Hawaiian BBQ and won't be my last. There is parking up front but if it is filled up there is additional parking in the back. Once we entered through the front we headed to the counter to order. The staff was friendly and answered our questions. We joined friends so it was a little busy due to our group but the food still came out lightning fast. We had spam musibi, house fried rice, and chicken katsu. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge. For those that may be visiting for the first time I'd recommend checking out their menu online. If you're unfamiliar with the options you might want to research before you arrive as the online menu lacks pictures and descriptions of the food. Regardless, the food we had was tasty and the staff was friendly. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I love the food and the employees (owners maybe?) that served us were incredibly friendly and warm both times we've been in there. Will be back for sure.

First time here. Food was good. Macaroni salad was a bit dry and bland. Katsu Chicken and BBQ Beef was delish. Hawaiian ice was delish!

First time but won't be the last. Really enjoyed my plate and so did the girlfriend. Spicy chicken, Kahlua pork and chicken katsu were all so good. The rice was nice and fresh and so was the macaroni salad. Would highly recommend everyone to stop in and try it out. I'll definitely be back!
