Walk-On's Atlanta, GA - The Battery

I recently stopped by Walk-On’s to place a to-go order, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Kayla! From the moment I walked in and was greeted with that signature Walk-On’s welcome, the entire experience was perfect. Kayla was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. I’m usually really indecisive when it comes to picking what I want, but she was so patient with me going over the full menu, explaining what each item comes with, and answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She made sure to repeat my order back to me, double-checked that everything was correct, and even packaged it up with care like she truly wanted me to enjoy every bite. You could tell she takes pride in what she does. When I got home and opened my order, everything was spot on! Great food and even better service. Kayla’s customer service was a solid 10/10. If you’re ordering to-go, I highly recommend asking for her. She made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Thank you, Kayla!

Kristina was an amazing server TOP TIER! The food was some of the best I’ve had in the A, great variety, great appetizers, great drinks, amazing atmosphere MUST TRY!

I sat at the bar unnoticed for a while. Then I was given a menu but not asked what I wanted to drink. I waited about ten minutes and was about ready to Walk Out when the bartender asked if I was ready. I ordered a cocktail and wings. I don’t think the chicken wings were fully cooked. I couldn’t eat them. Not a good experience at all.

Awesome food and great service. Ask for Mateo if you don’t sit at the bar.

We had such a great experience thanks to our amazing waiter kava! They were friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and really made us feel welcome. Our drinks stayed full, the timing of everything was perfect, and they gave great menu recommendations. You can tell they really care about their job and the people they’re serving. Big thanks for making our night even better!

Jaz & Amber were great last night ! 🤩 I followed their recommendations & tried the hickory burger and gumbo and it was amzing !! Drinks are on point and so is the vibe . Will definitely be back to see them .

Seven provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Every detail of our dining experience felt personalized and thoughtful, making the evening truly memorable. It’s rare to encounter such professionalism paired with genuine warmth. Seven is a standout!
