Wayback Burgers

Traveling through and stopped for a burger. Got the bourbon burger meal. Burger was REALLY good. Meat cooked perfectly, cheese melted well and onion ring was really nice on it. Their bourbon sauce was really mustardy but I like mustard so I really liked it and ate it with my fries. Don’t love the machine thing asking for a tip but in terms of the food I really enjoyed it!

Don’t eat here expecting to have a good Food experience. Burger toppings are non existent meat has no flavor and I can now add this is one place to not eat at again.

Came here to have somewhere to sit and do some computer work and get something to eat and it was disappointing. It brands itself as ‘way back’ nostalgia but they want you to order on a screen. I got the brownie milkshake but it was basically just a chocolate milkshake with a small brownie on top and wasn’t very good. No one knew the WiFi password so I wasn’t able to get work done on my computer after all. The ladies who were working were kind and helpful otherwise, but the food / lack of WiFi / weird branding made it a flop for me.

I order a single cheeseburger with bacon Mayo pickle lettuce onion only When I got the burger there was No bacon or onions on it It's a mistake I get it I let the cashier know the cook started preparing the baking for me He took bacon out of a container that was brown burn brown I said no ma'am I need fresh bacon Mind you my burger and fries are sitting on the counter waiting for him to cook this bacon Did they offer to make a fresh burger No She finally brought the onions and the bacon Put the bacon on the sandwich try to make do with it My fries are cold at this point I bite into the burger I've never had chewy bacon before The burger was bland The fries taste like the greaseless old! I've seen reviews for other locations Maybe I just picked the wrong one but this one is a no for me!The people behind the counter seem confused🤷🏾‍♀️

I’m very concerned after getting sick immediately following my order, which was supposed to be an Impossible meat burger.

I ordered an Impossible Burger with:
• WB Gold Sauce
• Grilled Onions
• No Cheese
• Lettuce, Tomato, and Pickles

My total came to $11.65.

Shortly after finishing my meal, I became extremely sick. As someone who does not eat meat at all because it makes me ill, the reaction I had makes me worried that I may not have been served the correct patty. My body has been rejecting everything since eating it, and the experience has been awful.

I truly hope the restaurant takes food handling and order accuracy seriously, because no customer should have to wonder if they received what they actually ordered, especially when dietary restrictions are involved.

Overall, this was a very concerning experience and definitely not okay.

I’m honestly not sure what steps I’m able to take next, but this experience was unacceptable and very concerning. No one should have to question whether they were served what they actually ordered.

My burger was smashed and tasted gross. The brownie milkshake I got tasted weird. They have a five-star overall review on GrubHub with a bunch of one star reviews, don't know how that math adds up.

I placed my order to go was waiting when two white men walked in placed there order and was service before me and another gentleman waiting when asked for refund they refused then they took fries from another order placed in my bag that I didn’t order. When told him he got upset because I ordered chili fries won’t be returning

When you operate a food service venue, you must take public health seriously. So many visibility health violations while employees sat and played on phones. Lights off in half dining area and kitchen. Lights off - can’t see violations? Standing water in restrooms and dining area. Cashier wearing a cut glove on one hand - never washed or changed. Wiping glasses with bare finger and then across dirty pants. Pass.
