I stopped by the juice bar today to try one of your drinks, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the behavior and demeanor of an employee named Cara. When I asked a very basic question about one of the juice products, I was met with eye-rolling and a dismissive “duh” response. This kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides Cara with proper training and corrective action. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.

This place is absolutely a rip off! They charged me $2 for a few drops of honey in the smoothie. The service was non-existent. The worker had no smile and no communications. I had to ask nearly every step to get what I needed. I went through the reviews for the last year. Nearly every one of them was 1 star. I don't understand why such a lousy business can still go on in this airport?

This is my last time going to this place. Two of the cashier's (make/female)should be tossed in the garbage with the waste. Their attitudes stinks. If I'm paying $12 for a drink I should be able to add whatever I want even if there is an additional charge. They refuse to add ice to a drink. How crazy is that? They says it's the Manager 's Rule.

These people are a rip off! I ordered an açaí bowl from them for $15…I then noticed them putting strawberries, pineapples, blueberries and ice into a blender I was almost certain it wasn’t my order because I order an açaí bowl meaning the use of açaí berries! To my surprise they dumped this concoction into a bowl with the toppings i asked for then when I asked them about it they told that’s just the base?!? Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone at alllllllllll ! Not to mention the clump of peanutbutter they dumped in it lol

The first time I went here the cashier was very rude . I asked for a bowl she immediately said “we not making bowls” attitude was nasty . So I went with a strawberry banana smoothie smoothie had no taste not blended well, still had ice chunks .. 2nd time I get a bowl a waste of 15$ it had no taste the not even the strawberries or bananas.. ice chunks as well , on top of being watery only thing good was the granola bits.
Seriously wish I would have went somewhere else started out not good they didn’t have any wheat grass or add ons he forgot what I ordered and had to tell him 3x and then he asked his co worker who was walking around on the phone outside of the smoothie place and she was just living her best life cussing and could care less people were in line it was as if I bothered her !! Lol to help him get my change she literally didn’t even make eye contact with me she flung the money over to me and just walked away while he made our food !! Never again

The ice cream was amazing and the customer service was great they were very nice and helpful let me sample all the icecream.
Today, I faced unacceptable service at your place. The cashier ignored my greeting, wasted time, and refused to sell mango pineapple sorbet, claiming it was "hard to scoop." She said to come back at 3:30pm when her manager could do it. This is ridiculous. I'm a regular, and the ongoing bad attitude and service here have hit a limit. Selling a product that's right there and available shouldn't be this hard. The airport needs to fix this now because it’s against the utmost level of customer service they always talk about.
