I don't know if it was cause I was dying of thirst or they restaurant water is that good.
Yes it didn't have any soda water in it and they wasn't tripping about giving me a cup a water. The food is cool too. Thanks yall and it must have been something cause I'm telling y'all .

I work at Emory, once a week I order “sausage and cheese English Muffin” unfortunately, Maria, the AM manager Monday- Friday. Continue to leave off the cheese??? I addressed the issue twice, however when I reach work, there’s no cheese on my breakfast sandwich. How hard is it to remember cheese?

This Wendy’s is a hit or miss with the food . But the service from the managers is horrible and it’s consistent . Always have an attitude and will talk to you like you stupid . This last visit was it for me . Telling the guest that they should wait for you to acknowledge them at the drive thru speaker is crazy . How about answer the headset ask the guest for a sec then switch out order takers . We don’t know what’s taking place in the restaurant.

This place is nasty. I bought a number one and they give me a cheeseburger a regular cheeseburger for my money So basically the Manager is not doing her job and the employees at the window. They’re not doing their job. Also I’m begging you guys give me my rest of my money or else I’m gonna take it to the higher ups.

Let me first start by saying the customer service at this location is the WORST of the other locations. I stop by after working all night and ask a question about the new mushroom cheeseburger, and couldn't get a simple answer of how much the double mushroom cheeseburger cost, and when I asked, instead of customer service, I got an attitude as if I went to someone's home and woke them up to fix me some food to eat. We all are working hard to keep our lives balance, and shouldn't have to deal with horrible customer service, specially when it's a job you selected to work. A definite black eye on the Wendy's company.

Went here for lunch while on the way to work. I ordered their $5 biggie bag combo which came with a Dave’s Single, small fries, 4-piece chicken nuggets and a drink. The burger was juicy with flavor and fries were cooked and seasoned well. The chicken nuggets were also alright. Custer service and atmosphere were also good. Overall a great experience.

I live close by so have to frequent this location. The customer service is appalling, especially the night staff. Always a long wait just to order, then given attitude when you get to the window as if they don’t get paid to do their JOB and hand you a bag. Lunch staff is friendly at times

This Location needs new management or new owners. 11:45 am on a Sunday and the dining room doors are locked, even though the hours on the door say it should be open. I don’t expect much from people working in fast food but this is becoming a trend. Try increasing your wages so you can hire more quality employees.

This location has the worst customer service. The last 5 times I have gone have been the worst. They close the dining room almost all the time and make u go through the drive through. When ordering you are rushed and asked "anything else" Everyone that works there is miserable and has a fowl attitude. Just not an experience i want to deal with. Guess I will have to drive out of my way for a different location if I ever go back to Wendy's.
