I had a great experience my most recent few visits. The lady at the window was sweet, kind, and respectful. My food is always good and hot. Their frosty is also always firm and can be scooped with a spoon (which is how it should be).
I think this location deserves a brand new renovation done like the Moreland Ave and Chamblee-Tucker locations had. It would fit with the newer buildings surrounding it in the beautiful area.

Spent $14 to drive home and find a cold $2 chicken sandwich in my bag without a receipt. Terrible all around. Thanks for the waste of time and reminding me why I should never visit another Wendy’s again.

The server at night had horrible attitude and was overly disrespectful, not suited for this position, also took 20mins in the drive through to get an order I placed 10 mins before arriving there

I’m so disappointed. The lady at the window today 2/7 at 4:15 was nice but I didn’t get a receipt - not a big deal. Then I got my food and drink quickly. Tried my sprite - the syrup / carbonation was out and it tased terrible. Then the fries were cold. And as the ultimate trifecta, there was plastic wrap in my Dave’s Double. I don’t know who the manager is but clearly they do not care at all. The road was so congested that it wasn’t even worth trying to get it fixed but I’ll never go back to this location. This crap is the reason why people aren’t eating out as much. Overpriced and inedible. Wendy’s was one of the last few places I would go but never again at this location.

Wendy's policy to Honor 2025 tab frosty awaiting the arrival the 2026 tabs is not honored. This is a slam on Dave and Wendy's name and priority for promotion of adoption. This soils the owner image, So small.

Cashiers were rude. We got there at 12:20 and they said they were closed even though they were clearly serving people and their hours don't end until 1 AM. We went to the window and we got a terrible attitude and wreckless mouth from the guy who came to the window. Y'all need to watch how you talk to customers before you get the wrong one.

Very disappointed in our last order! The burgers were dry and Luke warm. They forgot my large fry and forgot the crackers for chili. The frosty was not the normal thick frosty this time it was not frozen all it was very light and watery not good!

The tables haven't been properly cleaned for a while. Even the chairs are sticky. Same for floor. And yet another establishment that is too lazy to make tea. Overall,no bueno.
