The Store Manager Maurice is excellent, and is always very positive. There is a young man by the name of Noah who is also great, he even remembered that I prefer my fries unsalted.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The orders are always wrong. They never give you the right size items when you ask for specific things. Then when you point out their mistakes they say there is nothing they can do about it and make it seem like it’s your fault. They never charge the right amounts and they ring in everything different every time even when you order the same things. The workers always have terrible attitudes even when you are being polite as possible. They make you pull forward and wait an extra fifteen minutes because they forgot to make parts of your order. This place needs a whole revamp with the way they run things. I know it’s just a Wendy’s but it could definitely be better.

I was so terrified by my experience that I will not be returning. The cashier was visibly upset and aggressive while taking my order, which already made me feel uncomfortable. Then, when I received my food, I noticed the juice in the kids' meal was covered in dirt as if it had been dropped on the floor.
When I looked at the attendant, she gave me such a fierce look that I was afraid to even speak up about the issue. The entire customer service experience was intimidating and unwelcoming.
I strongly recommend investing in customer service training for your staff to prevent this from happening to others.

The service was horrible and the food was actually inedible. First off, the cashier got my order wrong after me repeating it back to him multiple times. I should have taken this as a red flag and left, but I was extremely hungry so I decided to just eat there. This was definitely the wrong choice as everything just tasted horrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich, which was extremely salty, dry, and had a very weird sour aftertaste. In addition, the fries had an unusual green coloration and were again drier than the sahara desert. The atmosphere was also very uninviting and sketchy. As soon as I walked in, there was a man smoking weed inside and it made the place smell horrible. I don’t know how he was allowed to do this, but I blame it on the management 100%. Also, I got a peek of the kitchen and the conditions were just disgusting. I don’t usually leave reviews and flame places, but I just wanted to warn everyone to never come here. The food was just overall so bad, unappetizing, and atrocious. Please don’t ever come here and spend your money elsewhere. This place needs to be shut down as soon as humanely possible.
