Exceedingly poor experience today. Stopped by to grab lunch and was refused service during a slow period. No one inside and only a couple cars in the drive thru to begin with. Someone yelled at me "DRIVE THRU ONLY" did not offer an apology for the inconvenience or an explanation. 1-2 STAFF WERE STANDING AROUND LOLLYGAGGING. When you're allowed to order food here it's lousy. Need to restaff or shutdown. This used to be my favorite Wendy's and it's horrible now. I'm filing a complaint with corporate as well. It's illogical that you can't take an order for customers standing inside an EMPTY REATAURANT

Once inside, I inquired about the issue and was informed that the employees were not taking drive-thru orders despite no apparent issues. My experience at this particular Wendy's restaurant has been unsatisfactory due to staff members appearing to be under the influence of drugs while working and receiving a burnt fish sandwich. As such, future visits from me are no longer.

The restaurant smell like garbage. Partons were walking out. Went through the drive-thru they asked me to come in came in and I waited over 15 minutes while the manager sat at the table as she stated she was on break, two employees walked off the job two employees in the back just not doing anything and no one helping the young man that was taking orders not even filling the orders. I asked the manager her name she said Ms.V I stated as the manager may I have your full name to no prevail that she state her name. The owner needs to take over their restaurant because it's going to hell.

This place honestly needs to be shutdown or rebuilt with a better management and service team. I went inside the other day to order meal but quickly left right after due to the awful stench permeating throughout the store. I don’t know what’s going on but there’s no way this place is sanitary to service food. Eat here at your own risk.

What more can be said about a restaurant that's 3.3 stars. At this point the poor service in a owner issue. I stood the only person in line but me for 15 minutes the manager Vernica told me 3 times just a minute as she filled the drive up orders, as though my money and order was not important. I walked away without placing a order.

Worst Wendys ever the hiring manager is extremely rude big tall skinny and look like a man big axx bandaid on her face talking bout she just got out the hospital nobody cares mam if u don't like working for wendys quit your job instead of making them loose clientelle because I will make it my mission that me and my family never spend another dime at Wendys nowhere in the USA

The floor was real slick, the food was ok and my coffee was Luke warm. They did not have any little creamers gave me a small carton. The young lady at the checkout was helpful. But they need some serious help with food service and cleaning of their dining area.

I went here for lunch at 12:30 pm today. This was the worst service. Who is Wendy's hiring these days? The young girl who took my order had a real attitude problem. Then i order a chili and ask if they have a spoon. She just shakes her head no and walks off. What am i supposed to eat my chili with my hands? Then when i go to pay, she tells me she dont have change for a 20 and if i had a card to pay with. They may need to tell people all of this upfront before they order. They also need to get rid of that young girl at the counter. Take a lesson from Chik fil a on how to treat the customers.

They don't take your order at the speaker. They want you to pull up to the window. Then they want you to pull into the parking spaces instead of waiting for your order at the window. It's 12 a.m the cashier with the dreads have a bad attitude and the service was horrible.

Everything was wrong Employees Chilling Forgetting they have people at window only excepting cash only exact change no money in draws I went to ATM came back They Made me wait 30 to get to the next window I was the only one in line. They then gave me cold food all cold and forgot my drink walked away and every last Employee was in the lobby laughing and chilling I have now been here 1 whole hr being the only customer in line They were smoking weed outside the door. Never ever again
