Good Business

Very unprofessional I pulled in the drive thru to order food and said hello because no one said anything and the girl snapped on me for saying hello and cussed me out then the manager interfered and had a even worse attitude I guess be cause they were friends don’t dine here would give it zero stars if I could.

I bought 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, and I returned to get a refund. The person in charged denied the refund even though I had the food and showed her/him the food. It was extremely hard. The outside looked cooked, but it was raw from the inside. It was disgusting. He said I could get the food made fresh. But after biting the food I no longer had appetite for it. My stomach was hurting the rest of the day. I did not get my money back and had no lunch. Worst experience ever.

Horrible service. They close at 2 am and they threw out the their lemonade, said they don’t have frosties and the food was lukewarm. DO BETTER!!!! Hopefully the owner or managers read these reviews.

Burger was fresh and hit the spot, fries were hot and salty, just how I like 'em. The drive-thru line moved pretty quick, which was a plus. It's not gourmet, but it's a reliable spot for a decent, cheap meal when you're in a hurry.

I assume this was a manager, but they were being hostile and aggressive towards me because I was looking at the prices and I wasn’t being fast enough for shim While I was ordering, I wish I could post the video I tipped the other worker $10 for just being kind and this woman or man I don’t doesn’t need to be in Customer service

I booked my trip with Serenity Elite Travel Agency, and they even had suggestions for quick, convenient meals near my destination. The Wendy’s near Six Flags in Austell, GA was perfect for grabbing a bite before heading into the park. Service was friendly, the food came out fast, and the location was clean with both dine-in and drive-thru options. Serenity Elite truly thinks of every detail to make travel smooth and stress-free.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s ever. It’s always the evening shift that I have a problem with. The morning shift is always nice, the food is hot, and my order is always correct. After 5pm everyone has an attitude, 9/10 the food is wrong, and cold. I went by there yesterday and I placed a mobile order. They had me to pull up to the door to get my order. When I received it the drink was wrong so i pulled back around to the window. One girl just stood there and looked at me like “what do you want”, never came to the window. The young lady who brought my food out came to the window and I proceeded to tell her this is the wrong flavor drink. She took it back but as she was remaking it the other girl who just looked at me had a lot to say. The window was closed so I’m not sure what was exactly said. When the young lady opened the window to hand me the drink the girl with the attitude gone say you put grape on your mobile order. I proceed to tell her that I didn’t and I had the order pulled up on my phone that clearly stated “orange Powerade”. She still argued me down about something she got wrong. I don’t know why I keep trying to give them chance after chance. This location is about 3 minutes from my house so it’s convenient but from now on I’ll drive 10 minutes to another location that has better customer service.
