It was my 4th time at this location going through the drive thru. Ordered a double stack biggie bag with extra BBQ sauce and every time I have gotten something other than what I have ordered. This time it was a plan with no condiments jbc and absolutely have never once gotten the sauce I have asked for.

The one on Canton hwy is the best( depending on what manager is there) but this location is the spot if you live in Woodstock. The female night manager is on point. You can tell that her staff likes working with her.

In the drive through, just got my large dessert and it’s not even full. I got the same amount as my fiance who got a medium, so I’m confused why sell a larger size when you get the same amount as a medium and still have to pay more. When the lady opened the window to hand us our drinks, she screamed something directly at us which startled both of us. I think she was talking to her coworkers but I’m unsure why she had to scream her conversation at us. I wasn’t expecting much since it’s a fast food joint, but this place would be better run by teenager.

Disgusting at its best. Not a clean table!! Floors were all dirty and sticky. There is a spill by the drink machine just laying on the ground and no one is taking care of they're not that busy. The guy cooking has huge dreads with no hair net. The food is just gross. I will not be eating it. I just want to get out.

The food is horrible here. The burgers and fries were old. They recooked the fries and they were hard as cardboard. The burger meat wasn’t fresh either. Never eat here! If I could give it a zero I would!
we ordered a baconator meal, dave’s single wirh extra cheese, a single chicken meal and potato with sour cream and chive
they completely left out our dave’s single and the fries from our chicken meal.
they messed up not one, but two of elements of a pretty simple order, we’d like to be refunded or offered a coupon for future orders

Food was cold . Horrible customer service do better . If you don’t like your job find another one don’t take it out on your customers.
