This is hands down the worst Wendy’s in the city. I don’t really expect a lot from fast food places for obvious reasons. I get being overworked and having to deal with annoying customers all day. But the people who work here seriously have the ugliest attitudes of any place I’ve been to around here. There’s no reason you should be taking it out on a customer all bc you hate your job. It’s been a problem every single time I’ve come here and it’s ridiculous. Please get an attitude adjustment

Went to this Wendy's at 1015pm 9/26/2024. Ordered a no. 1 no onions, strawberry powerade no ice. Pulled up, paid and on to pick up my food. I'm greeted with a my powerade but it has ice. I told the guy... idk his name (black guy, hair twists, running back build) that it was supposed to have no ice. He took my drink back in the window, popped the top and poured my drink into a new cup using the top and his finger to keep the ice from going into the new cup. When he brought it to me, I asked could he just make me a new one and explained to him that the ice had already diluted my drink during all the pouring back and forth. He proceeded to debate with me while trying to make me accept the drink? Explaining that he had just made the drink and no ice melted. I asked him to look at the old cup and see how little ice was in it and asked where he thought the ice went. He said the ice had not had time to melt. I told him I ordered no ice for a reason and asked him why he was arguing with the customer. He finally remade my drink. When he brought it to me he said, "You can't live your life always assuming". I really don't feel like I should have to argue with a cashier who made my order wrong about why I want it remade... especially a drink. That fix was too easy. Kid probably just has things to learn about professionalism.

The black girl with blonde wig working the window and speaker at 7pm on 9/10 needs a real attitude adjustment. Her attitude is rude and she continues to cut you off while ordering. If you hate your job that much quit. But a window worker needs good customer service.

They don't know anything about technology! I went with a $5 coupon with my phone and it didn't work! The whole time they had me thinking they were working on it but I still had to pay full price! Not worth coming here. Edit: Our chicken nuggets were so cold as well.
Just popped in to get my the pretzel bun baconator they been wanting to try. We messed up!? No more $5 Biggie Bags ? These boys are going to eat me out of a house and home lol.

I walked into this location at 10:15am and there was one customer in front of me. When the manager noticed me she proceeded to tell the cashier to tell me that they were out of eggs. How are you out of eggs when you don’t start selling lunch until 10:30? Yall had 15 minutes until that time. I will be calling corporate. Yall need to do better!

Had 3 occurrences when ordering online. 2 times food never delivered by Doordash driver and pretty much stolen. Gave it another shot tonight and driver brought the wrong order to us. While I don’t blame Wendy’s for the 2 drivers stealing our food the first 2 times, there seems to be an issue with correct orders being delivered. I understand this is a Doordash issue as well.
