Not a single polite person works here. No greeting, no words at all. Just scowling and not giving proper orders. Got two windows slammed in my face and a wrong order.

I dont even know where to begin. I had a simple order. 1 Dave's single, entree only and 2 frosty's.a s the order came up to $19.00 of course I questioned it and was told that's the price for the Dave's triple combo. I told them out a Dave's single only, not the combo.or the triple. It took literally 30 mins and 4 people to figure out. I already avoided.this store when possible and now I remember why.

I had a fantastic experience at Wendy’s! We ordered chicken nuggets, fries, a cheeseburger, and drinks — and everything was absolutely perfect. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great, which is a big deal considering how often I get cold food from other places.

The highlight wasn’t just the food, though — the staff at the drive-thru window were incredibly kind and friendly. It made the whole experience even better. Great service, delicious food, and everything just the way it should be. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

I just don’t know what else to say about this location. I’ve read the reviews and saw that everyone basically has the same issues that I’ve experienced from here. The service is horrible. I’ve had issues with the cashier Emmanuel on numerous visits. Then, I go inside to keep down confusion in the drive thru and the cashier making my Frosty can’t reach the machine. I paid for a small classic Frosty and ended up with a Jr. Frosty in a large cup smh. I never really leave reviews but this one needs the attention it deserves. These people are ridiculous.

I had the most interesting experience tonight at the Spring Rd. location out in Smyrna. I ordered a Son of Baconator in drive thru with the intentions of redeeming my points for the sandwich. I got to the window to redeem the points and I was told by this tall black guy with that had an accent, that the total of my sandwich was $3.19. I explained that I was using the points. He scanned my phone and told me that I had no points. He then repeated the price. I explained to him, again, that I was only redeeming. He went on about I had no points but went to scan my code, again, anyways. He continues to explain I didn’t have points. I attempted to show him that the points were there on the app. He proceeds to tell me to calm down. I replied brother I’m calm. I asked for a manager and the guy told me that what I needed to understand was there were no points and I needed to calm down. At that point, I was then getting agitated and asked again for a manager. The guy then say’s that I wasn’t listening and goes on to close the window on me and got the managers attention through the headset. A manager walked back and asked what was wrong and I explained that I was using the code to redeem points. The manager explained that it wasn’t working and to hang tight at the window. I told her that would be fine. From there, the black guy that I was originally talking with, pulled another crew member to the side and was talking about me and the situation to him WITH THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW OPEN! LOL I was blown away!!!! I tried calling the cashier over to the window and he walked over and told me to hush talking. And, to stop talking to him. He closed the window, locked it and walked away. It was at that moment that I knew either to leave and let it go or just to get stores info to report the cashier. I pulled away from the window and went inside and asked for a manager. I explained to the manager what happened and asked for the information needed to file a formal complaint. He was more than willing to help and gave me the information needed. He then went on and explained that it was an error in their system and gave me the sandwich. At this point, I really didn’t even want it. I felt so disrespected and I’m still in awe, trying to figure how did we even get HERE. lol I have been working in the restaurant industry for 21 years. I have experience in both corporate and restaurant settings. I would NEVER treat a guest so disgustingly and portray the issue to be that they are the problem. I spend money at this location at least 3 times a week. This is ridiculous and I feel so disrespected.

I’ve had enough of this location. My last two visits were horrible experiences! They need to hire people who are happy and want to be there instead of people with nasty attitudes. These kids who are rude, play, and laugh while they work. First incident came there on a Saturday night, got to the window and a rude male was supposed to be taking me order, but wanted to play with his female coworker all in the drive thru speaker. So I wait the 15 minutes for him to have his conversation. Then he finally decided he was ready to take my order. I asked for it fresh he’s getting an attitude with me about it ignoring me while I’m talking to him. Then on top of that he got the order wrong. He was a young black guy with dreads. Second visit come today 6/1/2025 at 3:30 pm asked can I have my order cooked fresh, girl taking my order proceeds to get an attitude and ignore me. Don’t treat customers who are spending their hard earned money rude. If you don’t like your job get another one. I did call about that young man and reported him and my order being wrong.
