It’s Russian roulette with the attitudes. But it’s 3 ladies that are really nice. My issue is that there is no meat in the chili! I mean a couple crumbs here and there, and I say crumbs because the pieces are so tiny you all you get are mostly beans. What’s up with the meat??

I wish I could give 0 stars. Waited 30 minutes for the wrong order. Signs say dining room open until 9 but all the doors are locked. Will never come back.
Fast and the AI robot who takes the orders is dope but trippy lol. Food was fresh and fast 😋

You cannot get any worse customer service 4 times in a row my order was highly messed up. Last time 2 baconadors. Both came with no bacon. Not one time have they gotten my order even close to correct.

I always go to wendy's on old national when i'm on my way to work. Lately the food has been horrible. I went yesterday Is around about eight thirty I ask for my sandwich to be made special It was not. I went this morning. I went today around about eleven twenty three I had to be pull up because nugget needs it to be cooked. When I got my food my fries was cold nugget was hot. The cashier came out with my food and scratch to reach my car to give me my food. It has really been terrible the last 2 weeks
Force people that walk in to order at the kiosk. I tell them the kiosk isn't allowing me to scan my code from the app. She says there's nothing they can do about that. I asked them why can't I order up front. They said they don't have a cashier for the front. I ask them how do they handle the drive thru? She says they have a cashier for the drive-thru and not the front lol.... bring the robots because this shit is a joke. If yiu can't take a order up front then why are you getting paid to be in the restaurant? Seriously, bring the robots save money by not paying people that refuse to help out the guests.
That's inconvenient atleast the food was the same quality as always.
This is the cleanest Wendy’s I have ever been too. The staff is very friendly and their doing a great job today 1/25/25
Update: Much better experience in 2025. Upgraded from 2 stars to 4.
The food I got was good. But it was in a sealed bag and I didn't notice I was missing my fries until I got home.
I also didn't get my drink, but that's partially my fault because I didn't notice it at the window...
2 hours spent in the drive through line. Absolutely atrocious service.
