1/15/26 2pm. Not sure who is charge here but they need a raise!!! Entire staff was on point all the way down to the gentleman cleaning thw bathroom! Never in the last yrs has fast food been a pleasure anywhere! You guys ROCK!!!!!! We asked truckers appreciate you!!! Food was awesome too!!!!!

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I ever been too they are always backed up or dont answer the drive through at all shut it down or find better help those employees are worth less the 2 pennies rubbed together
Had the J.R. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. They had to remake it once they realized they gave me the wrong order. The young lady min the window seem to get upset after about two minutes of me sitting there. Food is always good. Customer service is low

I order my normal stuff and I explain to her they over charged me and the other lady seen it also after explaining how to ring it up right and didn’t bother to fix it but still nearly double charge me so everyone watch out here but I will never ever come back here again
Walk-in service was under par. We wanted to order at the register and they looked at us as if we were crazy! Food was very average. We expect a higher quality of burgers and fries from Wendy's. Frosty 's were good though.

Food hot/cold but the drive-through I think her name is lakeysiya but anyway it wasn’t welcoming she seem agitated and snatch my card out my hand and I’m just feeling like she needs to do better in customer service or she needs to be out cooking the food or bagging food to her preference I couldn’t even order the right way cuz of her but I did speak with miss April but I still feel she needs to do better
I came into the store to place an order during lunch rush a young lady by the name of Tia customer service skills was overly AMAZING ! she greeted my husband and soon as we walked in greeted us with a smile and a welcome to my Wendy’s she was very patient with us even though she had a lobby full of other customers she managed to take our order and got us right on out no less than 10 mins orders were bagged outstandingly neat thank you again Ms.Tia for your awesome and outstanding personality !!

Tried to get some food after the game. Ordered on the app and arrived to them not having beef…they processed my order and told me I hit here and that’s why I couldn’t cancel. I’ve never hit I’m here in any Wendy’s mobile order. Slack.

Every time I come to this Wendy’s I have a good experience and to me lately that’s been rare with other restaurants that I may occasionally visi. The manager is very pleasant and the team is as well!

Im a dasher and I walk into this Wendy’s and turn around and walk out to sit inside if my car because it was too many people. I wait about 7 minutes or so cause by now I know my customers order should be ready. I go back inside to the counter. I was never greeted by anyone. Then this person walks up I believe a Trans.which I have to make that clear so Wendy’s knows who I’m talking about. Helps three people before me which I didn’t havw a problem with. After helping the three people still doesn’t acknowledge me I didn’t say I have a pick up gave the name of the person he didn’t goes or she if I’m getting it wrong I apologize but I don’t know if it was a man or a woman but he then goes. Oh let me check and see he’s looking at these three receipts, but there is a bag behind him that he never checked to see so then he goes with an attitude mind you he already had an attitude as soon as I walked to the counter for no reason, he goes with an attitude. I don’t have it I go is that not it is that not the bag behind you he turns around get the bag, hands it to me. I take the bag turn around to walk out the door. He’s dead cussing at me and calling me disrespectful words which I can’t put here they are very rude disrespectful no customer service and that person that man or that woman whatever it was at the front needs to be working. The grill should not be at the front line greeting customers because he does not agree. He has a nasty attitude And is unacceptable to be calling customers all out of their name because you’re having a bad day.

NOT TRUCKER FRIENDLY Cashier was sitting and eating right in front of the door i got there at 10 40 they were supposed to open the lobby at 9 door was locked she said we gotta use drive thru told her we drive semi and she said she didn't care and couldn't help us and didn't know what to tell us so guess they'll serve anyone other than truckers 🤷♀️
