The dining room is closed a lot especially in the mornings. I’ve come here at 8am 9am and at 10:30am and you can never go inside. I usually end up across the street at the McDonald’s. So if you like to eat inside, fix your own drink, use the bathroom, or whatever don’t bother coming to this location. I gave them 2 stars because I still like Wendy’s as a franchise. But I fear this location is missing out on a lot money that could’ve been made. SMH ?‍♂️

Driving tru Atlanta glad to find this Wendy’s next to truck stop for good food, came ordered Dave double and Saundra R was cleaning tables stop by our table and asked how we doing and how was our food ? Really friendly lady you can tell right away she’s providing that friendly southern hospitality, will come back for breakfast! Thank you Saundra Robinson !! Keep up that smile!!!

The Fulton Industrial location is still suffering from staffing issues. The dining room was closed, forcing everyone to use the 1 sided drive thur. 8 cars were behind me when I left. The food was fresh and put together properly. Management get the staff some co- workers.

What’s the point of working in the service industry if you’re going to complain when it’s time to provide said service? Excuse after excuse and staff had a whole attitude for having to do their job. Do better Wendy’s!

I visited this Wendy's on 02/15/24 at 10PM to find a line of cars at the ordering station. I thought hmm this is odd, but I waited patiently for my turn to place an order only to find out that they are only accepting cash?! WOW 15 mins in line to find out that I can't even place an order because they are only accepting cash!I have already abandoned the Wendy’s app because your restaurants have no clue about how to properly service mobile orders and now this. Thanks Wendy's for reminding me why I choose to spend my money elsewhere!

I actually like this Wendy's and usually they don't let me down. If the line is too long or the lobby is closed or nobody is working the drive through I just go to one of the many alternatives within 1 mile. No big deal. My expectations aren't that high to begin with which would be my recommendation to anyone. If it's working, try it. If it's not, move on.
