So I’m at this Wendy’s patiently wait to ORDER. Two young guys walk up cut me as I’m waiting for a cashier to ask me what I would like to order. As Kristina walk up, two of her best male friends walk up… he start spitting out what he won’t FOR FREE. She tell to the back with these two guys asked for for me and the cooks started making it.. there was no cash transaction… THEN she proceeded to take my order. She should be fired for giving out free food, poor customer service, and many more things I can’t fit in this review.

I visited this location today and the young lady who was working the drive through was very unprofessional, unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. She took my order wrong the first time and once it was corrected I asked what came on the sandwich I was ordering she gave me the ingredients and proceeded to ask me " do you want it yes or no". By far the worst customer service I have ever had at this location. I will not be returning to this location under any circumstances.

First of all I walked in and all eight out of the 10 staff were sitting down, staring at me like I’m not supposed to be coming in their ordering food. Then I went up to the front after using the bathroom to place my order and I see a whole basket of chicken nuggets just sitting there and like 25 patties just sitting out let me know that the food that I was about to order was not going to be fresh. So maybe the reason the business is failing is because of what customer see when they walk in, People just sitting there, looking at them like they’re out of place or maybe it’s the fact that the food is never fresh. Just ghetto
