I waited in their line to pick up my food but someone else must have grabbed my order. When I told the cashier, the “manager” said that he already called my order number and I didn’t listen. I told him that I’ve been standing here for 15 minutes and still hadn’t gotten my food. His response was that he already made my order. When I asked where the food was he said “that’s not my problem.” 100% disrespectful and rude.

The cashier got my drink wrong three times—probably because she was texting on her phone throughout the order. I ordered an XL Diet Coke with no ice. First she brought up a medium cup, and when I questioned it she put up a large…with ice. At that point I gave up. I had even tipped (which I never do at fast food joints) because of the special request. Irritating…likely will not revisit.

Horrible customer service! We arrived at 930pm and attempted to place an order. We were rudely told that they were closed. The hours state that they are open until 10pm but the cashier insisted they were closed at 930pm. With few options to eat late at the airport and a short layover, closing 30 minutes early and refusing to serve customers is unacceptable.

Lack of customer service is insane. “Travis J” has one of THE worst attitudes just absolutely disgusting. Cant be bothered to look at you to let them know you are ready to order. Doesn’t speak at a volume that you can hear so I was then yelled at & rolling his eyes, not listening to what I asked for, making faces. Making a customer feel like they are bothering you while on the clock. Need fire & get people who can actually be an adult & work like one. Absolutely would never go back.

The food was up to the standards of Wendy’s - but the rudest people work at this location. I realize it’s busy as an airport food service-but the employees are just horrible.

Yikes. Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Asked for unsweetened iced tea. Got sweetened tea. Ordered a small frosty, cashier asked vanilla or chocolate - I say chocolate. She gives me a medium vanilla. Charge me more, give me the wrong item. She fixed both drinks (not the money) with good nature - but the cashier is the one who took my order and who filled the drink and frosty. Why bother having a human being there? Just install an order kiosk - seems more likely to lead to an accurate fulfillment. Fries are stale - even though there is a line of people waiting for food? Why are fries sitting around if you’re pumping out dozens of orders?

Yikes. Wish I could give a manager feedback cause ^ not good.
