One of the women on the Wendy's register at 2:41pm on June 15 at the B terminal stole a tip. She reached around the register and hit the tip button on the card machine while saying something to distract me. I suspect she does this to a lot of passengers. I noticed it soon after it happened but didn't say anything to the crew because I didn't have time for drama.

We ordered a Single Combo and a Caesar Salad. We had to wait for the Chicken to cook for the Salad meanwhile my Fries were in the bag getting cold. We asked for my bag and I said my fries were getting cold sitting there. The Lady handing out orders didn't offer to replace the fries, she just handed me the bag and then my friend said that her and another Lady in the back were making comments because I asked for my food since my fries were getting cold. The Chicken for his Salad wasn't even cut up, it was a whole piece of Chicken. The Service there is not good for sure. They recommend a tip when paying with a card, thankfully I chose not to add a tip. I already spent enough just because they are located in the Airport

Waited 40 minutes to order and get my food, only to be handed a chicken sandwich that was stale, hard, and completely inedible—like it had been sitting out since yesterday.

I paid all that money for a meal I couldn’t even eat, and to make it worse, I couldn’t return it because I had to board my flight. So I left hungry, irritated, and wondering why this location is even open if they can’t serve fresh food.

Wendy’s, this was a hot mess with no heat. Y’all need to do better.

Both cashier were horrible and rude to me and others. I watched every last worker except for one who had gloves scratch their face wipe sweat from their face while handling multiple customer food. When I was in line they called people who were after me and another lady also who was next after me we had to move forward to let others pass. Then that’s when both cashiers and person serving food got smart and rude because we told them we had to let the people go that’s why we moved up and they persistently said rude comments, in which I said something back also I wasn’t being rude I’m paralyzed on one side of my face and can’t hear out one of my ears. And it would also be nice to not see grease buildup on appliances, hair nets and gloves on employee handling food I watch someone who didn’t have gloves open a burger. And they should have better customer service then they had this was at around 9:20pm on 5/28/2025.oh and they also gave me a small fry instead of a medium because they were mad and my nuggets were off by 1 nugget

Check your order and receipt!! My husband ordered a single combo, a single cheeseburger and a plain cheeseburger to go. After much time waiting for the food, he got to the terminal and in the bag was a plain cheeseburger, an extremely plain DRY hamburger with nothing on it and no fries with the combo. No time to go back as the plane was boarding. I checked the receipt when my husband brought the food to us. There was a tip of $3.42 on there and he did not tip. The card would not tap to pay (it was waiting for a tip amount) and the cashier reached over and poked 10%!! She tipped herself instead of explaining that he had to enter or decline an amount. Poor service, wrong and missing food and overcharged!!! Beware

The server calling the orders was playing with her nose ring and then proceeded to pick up my fries with the same hand, no glove and give it to me
When I asked her to give me another with a glove, she rolled her eyes and threw the new bag

Very disappointed. Paid for food that I didn't get and with a tight connection, no time to go back.

Enployees were very rude. They were not wearing gloving while making the food. When taking my order I was not ssked about sauce. When i didnt ask, it was 27 cents.
