I ordered a $13 meal at 2:08 pm I received my order about 22 minutes later. The half full box of under cooked fries was very disappointing and frustrating. The burger was not the one I ordered, plus it was so over cooked the meat was jet black and dry as a concrete slab . Airport restaurants need to focus on better

Unattentive staff, not busy but there was a line of people waiting on their orders, I paid $10 for a disgusting burger that wasn't even the burger I requested and paid for. Kitchen staff was visibly taking their time and joking around. I don't recommend this establishment

My connect flight was from gate B17 and wendys is right by it I went to wendys order a 10 piece Nuggets meal with a fruit punch to drink paid 14.74 for my meal this is the worst 14.74 I have ever spent i tried to take it back at that time the line have four people in it and I couldn't because it was time for me ro board my flight wait remind you when I got my food I was the only In line i just walked right up and gave my order the nuggets were cold and dried out the fries were cold and tge fruit punch drink were horrible very flat taste weird a couple of the nuggets were a lil pink looking and they felt lil they were frozen i will never eat there again

This is by far the worst Wendy’s in the country. Should just close it down at this point I doubt the staff would be too upset based on how annoyed they seem to serve the wrong orders
Rae was so friendly as well knows her job! Wendy’s should hire more employees like her! Best experience I’ve had a Wendy’s! I’m a flight attendant so I’m here often

The bread of the hamburgers and the chicken sandwich couldn’t have been any more stale or dry. Chicken sandwich clearly they forgot to put the mayonnaise on it. Simply terrible food.

TLDR, avoid this Wendy’s at all costs. They gave me the wrong order, made me overpay for what they gave me, then the staff were unfriendly rude, and used vulgar language when I asked them to get the drink they forgot to give me. I ordered a double backstory and they just gave me a single cheeseburger and wouldn’t change it even though I had the receipt. The owner or the manager has something going wrong to let all these complaints keep happening.
