More unprofessional location! There's always a problem either they're not taking orders or making orders for delivery services like doordash or UberEats & yet there's employees outside right now smoking on the job as I'm typing this smh. Is this how Wendy's run their business?!.

I didn’t even get a chance to order. The moment I pulled into the parking lot to call my friend and ask what she wanted, an employee who was outside immediately started yelling at me, demanding that I either order now or leave. The lot was empty, and I had just arrived—there was no reason for that level of hostility. Whether it’s this location specifically or just how things operate in Atlanta, I have no idea, but I won’t be back.

**Edit same manager just tried to charge me sauce I paid for because I asked for extra at the microphone. Got to the window she said $0.30 a piece tried to pay with my card ain't she declined to accept Will be reporting you to corporate

Do not...I repeat DO NOT spend your money here! This location is THE worst!!! They get your order wrong, don't give out receipts so if there's an issue, they can say well wheres your receipt... And they are extremely rude. Poor training. Horrible staff! And they smoke weed at the front door!!!!! This place needs new management OR shut this place down completely!

Went there this morning about to Maple chicken breakfast sandwiches and they were burnt
1 -18-2025 Spent $27.20 at this location one of the worker put the wrong sauce in the bag when I ask for another sauce he get and attitude my child is allergic to barbecue ,if you don't want to do your job I advise you to stay at home good customer service goes a long way ,I WILL NOT BE SPENDING MY MONEY at Wendy AT ALL I will take my kis some were else.THANK YOU FOR THE POOR SERVICE AND THANK YOU FOR THE COLD FRIES.....
