DO NOT DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION. I don’t know what they got going on over here but whenever I place a doordash order my food is STOLEN by dashers. DoorDash will refund you if you connect with an agent but don’t even waste your time! GHETTO!!!!!!

Horrible serive, picking up for Uber Eats, young lady was rude and did not give explanation to food not being ready, just said, go back around boo, I didn't check you in. I'm not sure who trained these employees on customer service, but I must say that it truly sucks. They rush you over the speaker in the drive thru and then completely screw up your order. Then when you ask for your receipt so you can see what you did pay for they say that receipts don't print on the drive through. They let off my youngest son's order and then informed me that I would have to drive around the drive through again to get his meal. After we'd already waited in the line. No straws, no sauces, no napkins. Just bad attitudes and audacity.

I ordered my food Thu the mobile app to pick it the inside the inside was closed even tho they have a sign saying the inside is open @9am they manger and MIT he say told me I have to cancel my order that I paid for like I didn't get My food after I paid for because they want me to cancel it and call Customer service which they only open Monday - Friday

Because it's the hood don't mean the food has 2 be horrible I bought a triple baconator on pretzel bread bun was hard meat was dry, fries were cold the last 2 times the fries were cold,I bought the panko fish no cheese an of course they put cheese on it. They were arguing the last time I came.I guess that's my clue never 2 go back. How do you get your fries cold an you all 4 them fresh? That shows they don't care couldn't dine in was completely closed
