Did mobile order just to wait 30 minutes in line, half my order is missing, and burger is cold when I get home 5 minutes later. They make it impossible to contact to report anything or get a refund.

This Wendy’s is TERRIBLE i’ve been in the drive-through line trying to pick up my Uber eats order for over 30 minutes now the lady in the window has a disgusting attitude and she’s trying to tell me someone already picked up the order, but I’ve spoken with the customer multiple times and he’s telling me that he has not received his order. He still waiting on me. He sees me on his app. These people have had me waiting in this line for over 30 minutes. I am so upset right now and then to have an attitude, but when I pulled up to the window, they were laughing and having a good time And argued with me I had to argue with them to get them to remake the Uber eats order. I am just so I pray to God I never have to come back to this Wendy’s again.

This was an exceptionally poor experience. We made an order and we were given a price and then when we got to the window we were given a lower price. When we asked why it changed they said it didn't change. Then I asked them to list the order out again and we found two items were just taken off because they dont have them. This is fine but why lie? Then they handed us the food and closer the window. We waited for about 6 minutes for them to hand us a drink after that with a line of people behind us. The food we got was pretty alright, nothing special compared to all the options in the area. I have had much better Wendys.

My grandbaby is so sick of the same boring toys. Y'all gotta keep up with modern trends. Please? The same boring toy with a boring plastic white face. The food was good and freshly prepared. If she gets the same toy, she made me promise I would let her record a complaint. 😆

40+ years of supporting this location, with the last few years been a some of the worst service I have ever experienced from this location. Today was my final straw. From the cold food to lack of concern from the manager. Even though I was not going to do a review, which why I contacted the restaurant to warn her about food going out cold. She quickly blamed everything on a scale for delivery orders; and she still did not address the missing items and cold food. I refuse to continue to entertain any business that assumes that the customer doesn't have a right to get what they paid for. In this culture of businesses closing, I would not be surprised if this location finally closes for good. If they don't bring in new management and start addressing the issues of their longtime loyal customers, I don't see why yet another business on Moreland Ave will close.
The amount of food with limited employees this location puts out deserves a nod! What honestly surprised me was the gentleman working the drive thru was not grumpy about how busy it was, he only had positive things to say.
