The ladies bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING! So I had to take my daughter to use the men's bathroom and that was almost as bad! I think any place of business should have someone check the restrooms around the clock or at least a certain time every hour to make sure it's safe and clean for customers and employees!With the bathrooms looking the way they did I would have never took the chance of eating there so I cannot rate the food.

2 breakfast baconater meals, but got one baconater and one dried out piece of chicken on a hard biscuit. She asked how many sugar I wanted but instead gave me a fake sweetener for my coffee. No napkins. Wasn't impressed with this location. Door was locked (watched people try to go in) so only drive through was operating and service was pretty slow.

Sadly after coming to this location for 50 years, I just can't deal with the extremely poor service and quality of food. I tried sticking it out through the covid shutdowns, until now, but it seems they lost their flare for customer service, the food is just sloppy, and they can't get orders right. That's the evening shift. Alot of talking with each other and no paying attention to the customers. The last few times it's been getting worse. RIP Moreland Ave Wendys. I have way more good memories then these last few years. Thankfully there are grills in the area where I can order and pickup. Hopefully at least one of them provides great service and good food that isn't prepared in a sloppy way.
