parked me in the drive thru and forgot about me until i walked inside to pick up my drive thru order. this location is a joke. they park every other car so you don’t run up the drive thru time

This has to be the WORST Wendy's location in the State of Georgia. This is the closest Wendy's to my employer, and every time I come here, there's an issue. Today was my last time. I visited this location one time, they were out of lettuce. A second time, I ordered a chili and they literally cut up HUGE CHUNKS of a hamburger patty and called it chili. I stopped by today to order an apple pecan chicken salad. I noticed that these salads, over the last decade, have become much smaller than those offered years ago. So because of this, I always ask for extra chicken - willing to pay the extra cost. I've visited various Wendy's locations all of Georgia - when I usually ask for this addition, there's never an issue and you can see the extra chicken in the salad immediately. The Howell Mill Road Wendy's charged me $2 for this request - no problem. I arrive at the drive-in window to receive my order. I look at my salad and I can tell IMMEDIATELY that they did not put extra chicken. As a matter of fact, it honestly didn't look like they put the appropriate quantity of chicken in a normal salad. So I brought this to the store associate's attention and he supposedly took my salad back to add extra chicken. He returned my salad back to me in LESS THAN 15 seconds. There was absolutely NO change in the amount of chicken. When I brought this issue to the store manager's attention, a male, he was very argumentative and told me that the other Wendy's locations were giving out too much chicken and that the other Wendy's locations probably had issues with their inventory. I was shocked to say the least. The Wendy's on Howell Mill Road stole my money twice and ripped me off. They rob the community on their portions and are always short on inventory. BEWARE of this location!

I came in on February 4th at 2:30. I was asked to park in the mobile order parking spot while they finished my food. The this older black man who came out with my food proceeded to yell and tell me to drive to him and would not walk up to my car. Then I asked for more sauce and he proceeded to tell me I have to drive back around the drive through to get more sauce. He is very unprofessional and lazy.

Ordered Apple Pecan salad, guess what? NO PECANS!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! Paid $10.00 plus tax , delivery fees and still didn’t get what I paid for and this is the very reason why I do reviews. Don’t waste your time at this location.
This location‘s MORNING CREW is one of the sparkling moments of my daily commute into work. I often stop for a coffee and a breakfast baconator and every time I get fast, friendly service fresh hot food and it’s always given to me with a smile and a pleasant attitude. After driving an hour into work through Atlanta traffic, pulling in to pick up my breakfast and having it served with such a positive attitude can change my entire mood.

Amy was delightful and helping us get an order. We have a lot of crazy going on in our lives and just waiting on Amtrak and delay delays and complications and those kind of things. She just made things really easy and was very kind and the whole atmosphere was very smooth with all the employees.

After a 13 hour long day at work (as a pregnant woman), I go straight home and order a Large Wendy’s Chili on DoorDash. To my surprise, my Chili is not only half-empty, but also mostly water. Once I reheated it and removed the liquid. There was less than half of a SMALL Chili. I would’ve rather been told they were out than to give me that disappointment. So sad about this.

Stopped by here today 10/31 @2:10pm the young ladies in drive thru was very rude and their customer service suckssssss. Y’all young people don’t listen at all….. I’m allergic to tomatoes …. I said it twice on the mic! 🔊 no tomatoes !
