Food always is freshly and quickly prepared. However, the women in the drive thru are always impatient, never greet, and always ask you to pull up to the front door to quickly get you out of the line. I guess I will take bad customer service is my food is always fresh.

So I have been working at this store for seven days and I was supposed to get paid for a four day check during my first week before the ending of the pay period. Yesterday was payday. It is now Saturday the 29th. I haven’t received a direct deposit a check and I didn’t get a pay card during my hiring process with the General Manager. Mr Boss man Calvin. I haven’t received a call text or email Telling me about What happened or transpired with my earnings for the hours that I previously worked But I find it very interesting that boss man was moving with urgency to get me through the training videos to get behind that counter on that assemble line to make them Wendy’s sandwiches Trying to prepare me for What was to come but didn’t even properly prepare me to get set up to receive my payment They think that I’m overacting about the situation but How would anybody act over money that is owed to them Especially when working employee bills is due and that acting all nonchalant like it’s really cool I’m highly upset but I’m handling it a little bit better than the old person that I used to be Because He would have spazzed out and probably end up in handcuffs but I’m conversing with mother Who is extremely familiar with the law and has legal counsel Who is reaching out to me for assistance If I don’t get a call text Matterfact forget that If I don’t get my check or direct deposit before July the 5th Then I will resort to legal matters It’s a shame that I have to go through this but this is how these companies do you in Atlanta GA I have been in Atlanta for 12 years and I have seen the most out of the most crazy iish

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL staff from the manager to the cashier! I don’t recommend visiting late at night on the weekend. Your food will be wrong and cold…or at least mines was. Wendy’s I’m sure you guys can do much better! Just short of ghetto behavior!

Everyone at this location is nice except for the GM. He is very RUDE and does not like being corrected, even if he KNOWS he's wrong. A person like this should not be in any business that involves servicing customers. Nasty attitude, zero patience, and lacks customer service skills. He will over talk his own employees. I've had multiple run ins with this man over MY FOOD NOT BE PREPARED CORRECTLY! How are you mad bcuz I want all my food and I want it hot! He gives this location a bad look.

I think this store needs new management. Keeping the doors closed all day because you don't want to clean the front of house when fully staffed and when posted dining room time says 9am-10pm with no further explanation; including the fact they are struggling to get orders correct in a 5 car long line at the drive through. Not to mention them talking rudely about customers and forgetting to turn the mic off to the point where a guy is coming in trying to fight the kitchen workers over words said. Come on people I have a job just like you do, let's at least get the bare minimum right for what that job requires.
