Forgot one of our burgers. Baconator without bacon. Had 2 orders of fries and the both it in a small size container. Won’t answer the phone. And it was 40 bucks

This is consistently among the worst Wendy’s in terms of service and food quality. I realize fast food jobs are for people who don’t care, but at some point management has to draw a line. I could not have been more clear and concise with my order and they still got it wrong, and kept trying to invent a combo meal where there was none. Put down the blunt and get to work.

They always rush me through the drive thru and have me park and wait for my food. The staff is nice but my food was not fresh or hot.

Long long wait time. Ordered 3 items (burger, salad, tenders) and waited over half an hour to be given each piece one at a time after having to ask about the missing items multiple times. I could tell some of the people were trying to get orders out but they seem disorganized and some very dismissive. The snickerdoodle frosty is very good.

I actually wasn’t gonna put a review up because I am a GM at Zaxbys and I understand if you’re shortstaffed but I called the store and nobody answered the phone. I called three times so I wouldn’t have to put this review up. I went through drive-through, but I noticed that my order was gonna be over $50 so I said let me just go in. I went in. It was a guy mopping the front he had on a Scully and he had dreads. He never acknowledged me and my daughter at all so I sat there and I sat there some more so then my daughter started saying hello hello it was a guy doing something else. It was two guys and a female that we seen nobody said anything to us so my daughter said hello again loudly they still never even acknowledge us. It’s not about being short staffed I just wanted someone to lease acknowledge as hi. Will be with you in a moment. Nobody said anything just kept going about doing what they had to do and didn’t say anything to anybody coming into the restaurant so yes to be honest. I’m going to McDonald’s on Cheshire Bridge with out my way, but I would rather go somewhere else with great customer service and spend my money elsewhere

Asked for a straw and was told by a guy that he can’t touch anything near him right now (mind you just handed me the bag). Then, I proceeded to ask for sweet and sour sauce and he tells me No, that it’s extra charge for sauce. I tell him that’s no problem obviously, then proceeds to tell me no you can’t get any sauce until you drive back the drive thru line. Mind you I never go to this Wendy’s and never will again just ridiculous . Mind you these are grown men by the way

It’s only 10:30 PM and the place says it closes at 1 AM. They must be understaffed because two people who looked like employees were just sitting outside. If they were on break, they could’ve at least put up a sign saying they’d be back.
