The Mystery Man
To sum up this place in one word: Terrible. The fries were old, the store dirty, the workers lazy and inattentive. Filthy who were not customers were just sitting around which added to the deplorable atmosphere. I love Wendys but if you can avoid this store, l highy recommend you do so.

Drive thru screwed up my order went in to get it fixed the females where dressed like they where going out very unprofessional and it took 30 minutes to get someone to fix my order in which my other food was cold I will never go back to this Wendy's again very unprofessional
It’s currently Friday night 11:24 pm the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. As we FINALLY get to the intercome they tell us (my 5 kids and I) they are shut down for about a hour in a half. Very inconvenient, the worse Wendy’s I’ve ever experienced.

I went to Wendy’s to grab a quick meal for my family before a football game. Everything seemed fine until I noticed a young lady walking from the drive-thru to help the manager prepare food. She grabbed bread from the package to put in the toaster without wearing gloves, and her long nails were quite concerning. When I told the manager I wanted a refund because of this, he said I couldn’t get one since my order was over the refund limit. I requested to speak with the general manager and waited at the front while continuing to watch them prepare food.
While I was waiting, I saw another employee who was working on the fryer go into the freezer, grab frozen chicken, and put it in the fryer—also without gloves! This was really disappointing, especially given that they’re handling people’s food without proper hygiene. Of course the GM didn’t want to give me a refund. I will be reporting this incident

Idk who needs to hear this, but it has to be said. Ms. Deborah in drive through has the best customer service. If she’s having a bad day, you’ll never know it!!! She is always smiling and very sweet. A pleasure to encounter first thing in the morning with my coffee. Give this lady a raise. Great customer is hard to come by these days.
