Grabbing THREE uber eats orders and I see a packed line of other delivery drivers here along with normal customers. These employees are killing it, grinding hard, and getting these orders out as fast as they can.Normally fast food restaurants past midnight just say "We're out of food," or "We're closed," in an attempt to relax for the night, so coming here was a pleasant surprise.

I drove up to the window to pick up my order I asked the employee for a knife so I could cut my burger up being that I had a tooth ache. I employed gave be a annoying look and then said "I put forks in the bag to since you ask for a knife" She close the window before I could ask for ketchup so I waiting to get someone attention then politely ask for ketchup. Another employee mean stared and reluctantly gave me three packets. The employees are very rude and mean spirited.

I go thru the drive-thru window at the one on MLK Jr Dr near the Hightower Train Station & I have never been disappointed in the service from the taking of order, paying at the window nor picking up at the last window. I have even had to wait for freshly cooked food which I did not mind. Either way my food has been freshly cooked and served with great customer service!! Honor The King!!

The dining room was closed only found out after standing there for a minute when the employee noticed that there was a group of us there waiting, and we got told that they were short staffed, and they were only taking mobile orders inside. Drive-through was long and Wendy’s already takes a long time to either take your order or give you your food. I took my chances and went somewhere else.

Wendy's has the best burger meat of the burger junks but the staff is so lazylike until the fresh are luke warn almost always, the burger never have on them what and the amount it's suppose to be. The staff do too too much with the gloves on that's suppose to be for sanitation. The tea has a gallon more sugar than the recipe call for. The outside near the drive thur needs a bleaching. I could go on but I want. I'm single and eat out a lot cause I'm to lazy to cook. But these expensive burger junts need to make these staff members take better care of there customers and establishment.

You can clearly tell no one likes to work there or knows anything about basic customer service skills. Orders wrong left and right. Some items not even available at 3pm - Soda Maschine broke and no napkin's. Worst Wendy's I ever experienced.
