The food is usually good but I always do mobile order because I have small children and done want to wait for food after working long hours. Each time, everyone in the drive through gets their food and I’m made to pull around and wait for an additional 15 minutes after already waiting 10-15 minutes.
What’s the point of having mobile order if you aren’t going to make the food and having me wait twice as long? Ridiculous.

Arrived at 7:45 PM Monday night absolutely no acknowledgment. No service door was locked. I will never come to this Wendy’s ever again. I don’t understand people make it seem like we don’t have options, especially being treated the way they treated me as a customer. Very disrespectful.

every time I come here it’s between 1045pm and 11pm bc it’s the time i’m off work and is omw home. I always get turned away and they claim they’re closed although hours say they are open until midnight. it is quite frustrating as a returning breakfast customer that I cannot get service for dinner during night business hours. this has happened to me about 4-5 times that i’ve been turned away during evening business hours

Every time I come to this location it’s a older black lady with a bbl and a bad attitude, I really feel like they made my patty with dog food or something.. your wish is my command I will stop eating at this location, maybe Wendy’s in general because the meat never tasted like that.

Whoever was working tonight definitely dropped the ball. After being completely ignored with trying to enter the locked restaurant to pick up my online order at 9:27pm (sign on door says lobby open until 10pm as well as online) I saw people inside thinking maybe the front door is open. Locked as well . I look to the employee with a questionable shrug and he just looked at me like I did someone to him. So begrudgingly I proceeded to the drive thru. After announcing my name for the online order I was asked 3 times the name only to be told they didn't have my order. As I'm scrambling to retrieve the online receipt with the order number, I was rudely asked to proceed to the 2nd window..oh so you do have it?! No answer. I drove around to have my order rudely and annoyingly passed through the window. When my friend in the passenger seat asked if everything was going ok in the restaurant the employee just kind of brushed us off. Left a bad taste in my mouth. So hopefully I thought the food would be good. Wrong. Old stale French fries, cold disgusting burgers, the chili was the only thing I enjoyed. Nah I won't be back

Got a Krabby Patty meal around 10 pm, was informed after ordering that the frosty machine had already been cleaned , so no frosty, the only unique part of the meal. Got a soda that ended up tasting like soda water, and threw it out. I don't really know what I expected from Wendy's and regret supporting the poorly done monetization of what they did
