I am very disappointed with this Wendy’s location. This is the second time I’ve ordered food and it was extremely old, cold, and tasted terrible. Last time it even made me sick and caused stomach pain. The staff also do not follow basic hygiene and cleanliness. This place really needs better management and quality control.

5 min wait at the drive thru at lunch time on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered via the app for a pick up. Drive thru employees were pleasant. Burger was hot & so were the fries. The order was modified and correct. First fast place I’ve ever been to that you didn’t have to ask for ketchup packets. They were already in the bag. Major kudos to the GM & staff.

Mobile order. Service was fast but food was disgustingly. The chicken biscuit was soggy and wet. Made my grandson sick to the stomach. The potatoe wedges were old and dry and this was 9:00am. No straw or ice in my mango lemonade. Will never go back here.

On 7/13/25, our family was out late and decided to stop at this Wendy's location. We ordered enough food for the five of us and proceeded to the window. My daughter paid at the first window. While we were at the second window waiting for our food, we observed up to 6 staff members messing around, watching something on one of their phones, laughing, yelling, and jumping around. At one point, my daughter said one of the men was yelling aggressively towards the closed window at her! When everyone finally split up and started working, we ended up without straws and napkins and one order of fries. We ordered 3 frosties and one other drink. We were given one spoon and sent on our way. We inspected the bags to see what was missing before leaving the parking lot. That is when we discovered the discrepancies. My daughter tried to ask for the missing items, but the doors were locked. We were forced to deal with what we had. We didn't appreciate the rude behavior of the crew. There was a line wrapped around the building when we left.

The food is usually good but I always do mobile order because I have small children and done want to wait for food after working long hours. Each time, everyone in the drive through gets their food and I’m made to pull around and wait for an additional 15 minutes after already waiting 10-15 minutes.
What’s the point of having mobile order if you aren’t going to make the food and having me wait twice as long? Ridiculous.
