I tried for months not to leave this review, but…
This is the most unorganized and unprofessional group of employees I have ever encountered in one establishment. Their attitudes and customer service skills are below zero.
I come to Wendy’s for the convenience of having a drive thru, which means I DO NOT WANT TO COME INSIDE. They might as well get rid of the drive thru altogether because it is never open morning or night. If this location was not right off my exit, I would have stopped coming here a long time ago.
Today was the final straw. I will not be spending another penny here. I can take my money where I am valued and respected. Fire ALL staff and rehire because eventually this place will be shut down anyway.

Lady at the front had a bad attitude. Rissa or whatever I get you may not have a lot of options in terms of employment but look we didn’t force you to serve fast food so why is your attitude so bad towards us customers

the cashier said she wouldn't take my order because they don't have time, service - 0 👎🏼
I just pulled off from here and noticed they didn’t give me my credit card back. I tried calling and the number doesn’t work. That’s suspicious
wastage of money and time. I ordered spicy chicken sandwiches but they give me this there is nothing inside there just bread chicken and little tomato. I spent more then 20 dollars.

I was in the bathroom with one of the workers… for a minute. She used the bathroom & played in her hair & walked straight out the bathroom without washing her hands. I know people do it ALL THE TIME, but don’t eat here. It’s different when you actually see proof of filthy behavior.

I have witnessed an employee of this location leaving the bathroom stool and exiting the restroom back to restaurant area without washing his hands, I went and asked for the manager and explained respectfully about what I saw, his response was that the employee is off duty. Regardless of the point that every one should wash there hands before leaving a restroom , this employee even if off duty should not enter back the restaurant where people order food and food is being handled even in the dining area. The manager argued that he cannot do anything about and maybe this employee did not actually use the bathroom but maybe he was just inside the toilet area…so I told him even if that is the case how would you know that even if he is actually on duty if he goes to the restroom and comes wont wash his hands, he looked the other way and left the scene to go smoke his cig outside ignoring my concern. Such Managerial behavior should not be accepted at all wendy’s locations and should not be accepted anywhere, this is a health violation and sanitation problem that needs to be addressed immediately.
Literally the worst Wendy’s around, I’ve been across the country and by far this is literally the worst. Fire everyone, bulldoze it, replace the business with anything else. I would pay to see a just a wall with paint drying and I would feel more satisfied.

They need to change their hours on Google and the site because it says they are 24 hours but when I go at night the system is always down or rebooting Ashford it’s a great inconvenience because I went two yomr and instead of the employee telling me the first time they had a power outage and the system is having issue she told me it was only rebooting so I made that trip back again at 400 because it said that’s when they reopen for her to tell me all of that then
