Takes forever. They prioritize the drive thru so don't try to go inside. They will make u wait a long time just to order.

Wendy’s SUCKSSS!!!!!! food always cold never make nothing fresh.. nobody wants food that’s been sitting out. Everytime I come here it’s ridiculous. Lettuce bigger than my soggy burger

I recently went today and they are taking debit cards for sure. The workers at the window tried the same thing with my second debit card in the very next day. I checked my account and they have been using it to eat there at the restaurant.
I ordered two full meal combos with cookies. I didn’t get one of the fries and didn’t get my cookies. I had to remind them of my small chili that I ordered as well. I don’t like it that I don’t like it that I didn’t get it. I don’t want to go back.

Stopped by this morning for breakfast. After ordering my meal, an employee from Pilot gas station came over offering pizza ti the Wendy's employees. They each got slices, then disappeared. When they returned, the cashier almost greeted me (again)... then realized I'm the guy that already ordered and is still waiting on my food. She put my order together, gave it to me, and I hurried to work. Great start to the day... (that's sarcasm).

They need new management. Tammy provides great customer service but the service itself is slow. They are clearly understaffed and that results in a 10-15 wait time. They need help.

Thr cashier had a hard time processing my payment due to internal issues that she was not aware of and clearly not even the asst manager at the time. We waited almost 20 mins before receiving order and the sandwiches where sitting already made while they figured out what to do.

I had a great experience coming here. The staff was working hard, very polite and professional. When there was a problem with getting me what I paid for they accommodated with no issue which really made me feel appreciated. The guy who I'm assuming was the manager even checked on me while cleaning up around the seating area. If I'm ever staying at the pilot again I will gladly give them my money.
